This place has great food! My friends really enjoyed it and the staff is friendly. Food is served family style and always comes in a timely manner. You should try it!
Been here twice now and has been absolutely delicious both times, ive recommended to a bunch of people. Ans honestly ive tried "the best rated indian food" in Sacramento. They cant touch this place, the flavors are so rich and deep and the spice is on point
Love Indian food! All the savory spices with a lil heat makes your mouth salivate with pleasure! Forget to post dinner because I started eating as soon as I received it ? It's a bit pricey but well worth it.
We had a reservation for dinner for our valentine's day , we understand its busy , we got seated and then forgotten, didn't even bring us water to wait. Over 30 minutes to just sit there before we decided to just leave. Under staffed and didn't even care we got up and left. Oh well glad we didn't spend our money there.
A very good place to eat Indian food. The waiters were really kind and professional. Restaurant super clean and peaceful.
I had the butter chicken, basmati rice, and garlic Nann bread for lunch. It was very good. The serving was large so I was able to take half of it home for another meal.
I ate here only once. I had never experienced such a lack of seasoning to the point where the food(?) was negating my tongue's ability to taste.A first for everything. So far, the experience I had at Royal Indian in Auburn was the best.., putting all other Indian restaurants I've visited before to shame. If Royal Indian is #1 then Bombay Bar & Grill in Sacramento would be a distant second.(Really depends of course if the individuals preparing the meals, wherever one may be, has bile for blood, meaning they shouldn't be around food at all., or children or animals or etc.)
Amazing place. Yummy food. My fav Indian go to.
Forgot to take pictures first ? I was so excited to try their food. Everything was so goooood , our server (not sure of his name but he may be the owner or manager), was very attentive and knew what to recommend , was also patient and nice. I’ve been trying to find a closer, authentic Indian food spot for years that’s actually close to me, I believe I just found it! Ordered the butter chicken curry & I had lamb curry, along with the lamb samosas! ? I definitely recommend.
The masala flavor of the tika masala was absolutely delicious. I order mild but there is still a sweet heat from the spices that insists. I like creamy and a little sweet and was not disappointed.I saved every bit of sauce and was so happy!
