Wonderful breakfast and lunch options with Louisiana flair, if you want it. Terrific omelets with great potatoes. Ooohhhh and the BEIGNETS! ARE AMAZING
Love this place! My gf always takes me here and their service is always splendid. Dine In was great. The waiters/waitresses are really nice there. You get all your food on time. The food is really good as well. I usually get the burgers there and most of the ones I tried are good. I don't really like the crab cakes here eventhough it was my first time trying them. I recommend this place over black bear diner though.
Heard good things about this place so went with friends today. Told the wait was 10 minutes. AC wasn't working properly. After waiting 15 minutes, we asked if there was a place we could sit down until a table was ready. Waitress said there were some seats outside. It was 95° out there, so we declined that offer. Left after about 20 minutes. Judging by the number of people there, food must be good. But I am unable to give a first-hand account of it because I gave up waiting in the heat..... Standing up.
One of my favorite places to get breakfast. I have not tried their lunch yet, but I am sure that it is just as good. I have always liked the way the restaurant looked on the inside. Be sure to try the Swamp iced tea too! It's very good and it has little berries in it. If you can't finish it off, you can ask for a cup to take with you. I recommend the benedicts!
Worth the wait in line and get there early. Excellent food paired with excellent staff!
My friend and I went for a Monday breakfast. Service was excellent. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious. I ordered an omelet and wanted a small serving. The waiter was very helpful and generous. And, I love the ambience of the place. Highly recommended
The 3 stars are a 3/3 for the excellent customer service! Every person was incredibly nice and on top of it, in spite of an hour wait! Way to go!The breakfast foods I had were pretty but not tasty. The beignets were tastless and the fruits served with them were canned gelatinous, rubbery, over sweet and yucky. The stuffed french toast on the menu was a cream filled dream. The stuffed french toast that came to the table had a small smear of something in between and the nasty canned fruit gelatinous blob on top.Not planning another trip. The folks were SO nice but food was not worth it.
This location is great. We visit often and the food does not disappoint. Hearty portions, friendly service, and the food is always delicious. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our experience.
Went here for the first time today with my family. Service was great! The menu had a lot of choices and the food was super tasty :) We had the crab cake Benedict, a chicken sandwich and burger, and chicken fingers for our toddler. The atmosphere is comfortable and the staff was friendly. Thank you! We will be back!
We had a very good breakfast. I had two eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy. All were done very well. The biscuits were light and the gravy was flavorful. My friend had waffles which were crispy and light. The Huckleberry tea was unique and tasty as well.The server was very attentive and made us feel welcome.We will return.
