The waffles are delicious and the shakes and milk tea are what we have tried and they are delicious. Found them during covid year and they are yummy treat for the family and prices are affordable.

Great boba! Never disappointed!
First time trying the bubble waffle. Real, interesting and fun snack to eat if that makes sense. The filling wasn't overtly sweet and the outside balances a texture between soft and crisp.
Worst boba pearls I've had. They tasted old and stale, like they had been sitting all day. The milk tea itself did not have much flavor either.
The don’t wear masks consistently. Boba tastes old.
