Great food! This was our first time here, I had a grilled pork ban mi sandwich, hubby had the pork chops. Both were very tasty, great service, very friendly, they explained the food to us without any hesitation. Thank you for great service, until you turned off the air conditioner on a triple digit day!! I found a hair in their professional prepared tasty food. It was only my second time there but the drop in their marks had to be done. Maybe after a little while I'll come back to enjoy another meal with high hopes

Don’t expect speedy service during lunch. Waited 30+ mins for Pho while other around me who came after me got theirs. Nobody came to check on us or let us know if or when it would be coming. If you do get your food it’s quite good though. We had been getting our Bahn Mi sandwiches for quite awhile here and love them. Sorry guys, step up your service.
My wife and I were excited to try this place but the moment we got in, we smelled that unpleasant odor inside, condiment containers were dirty and the sprouts that came with the pho were browning in color. Plus the fried calamari had no taste! Please get rid of the unpleasant smell and keep the restaurant clean to attract more customers.
The soup was taste, but it would had been better if my soup was hotter. It was a little lukewarm for my preference. The calamari was good butit had to much batter, that I could hardly taste the calamari.I like the taste of soup. I will go again and give them another try.
Please bring back the paper menus. It's annoying to have to use my phone. New menu is also not very user-friendly. No pictures. No description. Too many categories to tap. Too many servers waiting around doing nothing. Maybe clean the condiment bottles? They can use a good wipe down.Other than that, portions are generous. OK flavor but it used to be so much better. Cooks definitely have changed.
The pho was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth the drive from Natomas.I also had the Pork Banh mi sandwich and it was also very impressive.Fast service, lots of tables, nice atmosphere, and lots of vegetarian options.
Soup did not hot enough. No taste on seafood noodle.
Their vegan options are great! Very happy this place is in town offering such an extensive menu. Spice level can be a bit on the higher side, which I prefer, but keep that in mind when ordering. I ordered the vegan pho and veggie Bahn MI veganized (no I didn't eat all of this in one serving! Lol). The presentation is colorful, and the veggies fresh.
