We love this place!! It gets busy quickly but itâs so worth it! Excellent food tremendous service! The chefs are incredible!! Itâs a small restaurant with limited seating so go early !!! Itâs our local go too for sushi!!
On our favorite places to go to when we want Japanese food! Great food & service from the time you walk in. Use open table to make a reservation since wait time can be long if just walking in. They have outdoor seating but don't recommend during HOT summer days.
It's classy & appetizing. The interior design from the table to the chic plates to the stylish squared water ? bottle to the personnel in designer-like aprons all accentuate the really delicious food. Sushi orders ? came presented as art orientated displays that were exquisite to look at and tasteful. The staff frequently visits and very attentive. The entire experience was so pleasant ?. 5+ ? ⭐️✨️??.
So good! Usually my go to sushi place is Kru in East Sac but Fujiya is so close to home I wanted to give it a try. I am so glad I did, service was great and the food was delicious! Love the fact they take reservations too.
Very busy at early evening. Service great. Staff knowledgeable and attentive. Food good and flavorful. BBQ albacore fantastic. Elk Grove roll very good. Had several big tables when we arrived and that slowed delivery of food. We were at the Sushi Counter and were able to see the organized, clean and incredible prep work in action.
Wonderful place - exceptional food, fantastic presentation and great service. Highly recommend if you like Japanese cuisine this Elk Grove gem is a must do!

We had an enjoyable Mother's Day lunch. The food was good and service was excellent. Portion sizes are on the small side for the price.
