I stopped in here the other day to get what I thought would be a quick burger to go...Service: took about 30 minutes to get a burger meal and order of wings. Staff seemed confused/not motivated to move quickly.Food: Fat Burger was nothing special. Had the taste like they precook then soak in broth. Then when you order they sear the patty. Usually not a problem but only 1/2 the patty had the sear taste. Lots of mayo and really was nothing special.Fat Fries were good, but no ketchup.Coconut Jerk wings...decent and juicy, but the jerk sauce...tasted like someone mixed BBQ sauce and hot sauce then added a bunch of honey. It wasn't what I was hoping for.For a burger meal and 6 wings that cost $25 and took 30 minutes...I don't think I will be going back anytime soon.
Hands down the best burger joint around. The burgers are made to order and are excellently crafted. We drove 1/2 hrs to enjoy a FatBurger and it certainly did not disappoint. I will not say it’s better than In-N-Out as they both have a place in this world to exist. The staff here is friendly and fast. Be prepared to wait a bit as everything is made to order. I can say that the wait is definitely worth it. A++ Having the options to order wings is a plus.
Just ordered #7679567 03/13/22 11:10 am! Casey the Shift Manger. Stated he couldn’t do a refund unless I drove allllllllll the way back to return my hamburger. Well here I go. As you left a foreign object in my husbands hamburger. We will not be returning as this has now caused damage to my husband’s mouth.
First visit here and it was not busy but we had to wait 45 minutes for our burgers. Ordered the Western BBQ burger and sweet potato fries. It wasn't any special. Fries were over cooked. Burger needed more BBQ sauce. May have had a better experience if the wait was not that long. They were not short staffed either. Kitchen needs to get it together. You can cook multiple items at a time. So many people left.
Not a good experience. Ordered online for pickup. Prices are more expensive online for some reason, which I realized when we got there. Order was supposed to take 20 minutes, but took 45. No one checked on us although we were sitting at the counter next to the cashier. When I finally asked for a progress report, it turned out our food was bagged and sitting on the counter for a while already. Cashier handed it to us with a shrug. Another staff offered to remake it, but we were hungry enough at that point that we just wanted to go home.Pros: fries were still pretty good.Cons: order ended up being wrong, long wait, no attempt to check on us, no apparent rush from staff.For the money, I’ll switch back to Five Guys for much better, quicker, accurate service.
Growing Pains!We were there about 4:30pm Sunday, wait time was 40+ minutes, I couldn't order what I wanted because they were out of so many items, several customers received wrong orders, as did I, (twice), and delayed orders, I watched a refund argument, another couple got their two burgers and two orders of wings one at a time, the cook had to stop cooking to server the beer, which out of 6+ taps only 3 available, the employees were short tempered and lacked customer service. The food was average, the wait time obscene, the error continues, food availability on a Sunday(out of stock of 1/4 of the menu) the Habit is better in my opinion; better service, price, food, speed.
This establishment should be rebranded as "Mid Burger." The cheeseburger that I had was mediocre and overpriced. The french fries came in multiple varieties and all were sub par besides the "sweet potato fries." I would much rather have spent my money at competing establishments for lower prices, such as Mcdonalds, Burger King, or In n Out Burger. My biggest complaint by far is the price for this Mediocre restaurant. I do look forward to being proven wrong by trying the wings they have available, or even the "impossible burger," but know that I have high expectations. Thank you.
Decided to try this for lunch. The food is good. But why the 3 stars? Service is slow, as all the staff are new learning the ropes. I would rather give them a 3.5, as that means it’s a passing grade. But they have room to improve as they all get familiar.Here’s where my problem was, they accidentally gave away my order to another Anthony. Good news is that they managed to bring out my correct order, but that lead to another long wait. Issue was corrected and I ended up leaving with extra food. I didn’t really want the extra food but it was going to be thrown out, so hey less waste right? ??♂️
My family and I visited this Fatburger and had a awesome experience. The lady at the register did a great job at getting our order correct and read it back got us. We sat at the counter and watched the staff do an amazing job helping customers during a busy time. Our food came out relatively quick. Oh the burgers were to die for! Cooked perfectly with the signature egg on the burger. The fries were hot and fresh. We met the owners and they were so friendly and asked if we had a good experience! We are so excited to have a Fatburger in our area and will be back!
Excellent burgers and service. The dine in section is a bit small but the food is worth it.
