Very impressed.The pizza was great. One of the best I’ve had in the greater Sacramento area. The cheese blend was tasty and exactly what you would want. The dough is pretty darn good! I was not expecting much by the look but when you bite into it you realize how much goes into it. The sauce was ok and complimented everything well. Absolutely fantastic.If I were to be overcritical, I would say that the only thing that could be improved on is that the sauce. It was a little bland for my taste - I would have liked to see a bit more spice and complexity. But with that said, the sauce is still good and I think adding more toppings would give the complexity in flavor.I was also very impressed at how clean the restaurant was. I would not want to, but it was so clean that I would wager you could eat off the floor. Absolutely immaculate with zero dust or dirt in sight! I’ve never seen a restaurant this clean. The staff there is impressive and always on the move. They seem to genuinely care about the work they do.
Best pizza I have ate! If you like your crust crispy and flaky followed by generous amount of toppings & melting strings of cheese once you take your first bite this is the place to go to!!! Their salad is simple yet so fresh and tasty, not to mention their cheesy garlic bread the best I've had in while. My family and I were impressed with their tasty food, friendly service & how clean the place is. We will definitely come back soon!
Their mini combo Pizza is two meals and has more meat content than any other Pizza I've ever had. The Spaghetti and Meat balls is also a treat and the meat balls are nearly as big as base balls. And their staff is most gracious. thank you Bob and Carol
Amazing place on the outskirts of Elk Grove! Mom and pop shop that’s been there for over 30 years. While they’re calzones are more like oversized pierogis, the crust holds together well, the marinara sauce is delicious. They have a Coke machine + 4 various types of tea on tap, including sugar-free.Loads of seating and a few TVs throughout. The restaurant is very clean, and everyone working was friendly.
Best damn pizza in Elk Grove, period. TVs, a nice patio, cold beer and an arcade.

You can always count on fresh, delicious food at Fat Mike's. The meatballs are absolutely the best around. The calzone was delicious and filling. You won't go hungry here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this small town jewel.
