Terrible terrible experience.Bunch of scammers. Went there for a small vanilla frost which cost $4.25 charged me $5.75 and included the tip which I didn't sign or agreed to.The problem is not that it is only $1 or $2...the problem is how they think it is okay to overcharge the customers and scam them .Already reported this to management. I wonder how many people they scammed by over charging since they are the one who sign it for your on their ipad cuz of Covid.
Whenever I come here, I get a latte or hot chocolate. Always medium because I’m pregnant so can’t have too much caffeine. However, tonight I decided to be spontaneous and got a large. When I got home, I finished my hot chocolate with espresso shots and decided to see the difference between a medium and a large. Luckily, because they always give me an extra cup due to me always extra hot drinks, I had a medium cup to test with my large cup. So I decided to conduct a little experiment. I filled my large Dutch cup with water and poured it into the medium cup. Only like two tablespoons of water spilled over, which made me realize getting anything past a medium is just a scam. Not worth it. At least Starbucks has a significant difference. Also, Every time I go certain workers are chatting it up with people for like 5-10 minutes as if they don’t see other cars waiting. They completely disregard it. Some of them are probably their friends but do that on your own time.
Coffee drinks are on the sweeter side and drive thru line can be long. They have a wide variety of drinks from smoothies, energy drinks, coffee and so on. If you’re into coffee beans then this is probably not for you. They’re convenient, friendly and great coffee and energy drink recipes.
Always drove away from this place because the line seems insane everytime! But I've had a gift card for a year and finally decided I have 30 mins to kill! I'm happy to say I was in and out in roughly 5-8mins it was so quick! I got the annihilator which was super good! Don't be scared of that line !

I love Dutch Brothers especially the people that work there they're very patient and will work with you to figure out exactly what you want. always engaging, never have an attitude, I love them! not to mention the best coffee, at the best price!
Most of the time anyone you go to is great.Just double check they have your order correct after you order it Nd before you dive away.
Easily one of my favorite Dutch locations! Love the super friendly staff and the way they move the line quickly. Always a huge fan of whatever drink I get when I ask for a suggestion. If I want caffeine I go for a Trifecta Freeze and if I want to cool off I get an Electric Berry Blended Lemonade with lemon concentrate added to make it extra sour. Make sure to pick up a can of nitro cold brew if you want to make a really good drink at home a different time. The drive through can be confusing at first but stick to the right and you'll do ok!
Drinks are always on point, the employees on the other hand are frequently horrible. Not taking the time to ask preferred payment as the employee heard me discussing with passenger that we wanted to use their card. Rarely do they confirm total and tip as in past I’ve caught them doing a tip that cost more than my drink. Should of just drove to Sheldon or galt
