We are in your store at 915pm, super long line, and as it gets later we are told it’s after 930 now and we are closed! So you’re not going to serve us? We are in your store waiting patiently. Handles Ice Cream is better anyways- bye!
Little Asian boy was lost in the soy sauce, made the wrong order like he was high.
I don't normally feel uncomfortable when I come here but the last two visits has made question this location and I hate to pull the race card but I was not greeted and I was skipped over and they took care of the other customers that was another race before they took my order the 1st time it happened I let it slide but today I went in i was not greeted and I was there 1st another woman came in after me that was Caucasian she was greeted and they assisted her before me I looked at the other employees to see if they acknowledge what I seen and they turned their heads I don't normally leave reviews but after today I don't know about returning to this location
Very rude and boring girl (short and brunette) at the cashier. She doesn't bother to even say hello to the customers. I waited for 20 minutes to get one item and when I finally raised my voice to complain about the delay, I was told that it had been ready like 10 minutes earlier. This unlikable girl did not even bother to let me know that my order was ready. My last order at this place.
The ice cream is good and they have many flavors and mixes of ice creams. Although the workers from 1-5pm are very slow and in these times they have a long line so I was a bit impatient, waited 20 minutes just to get my ice cream?. They also don’t accept bills over 20?.
Cold Stone Creamery is the same every place, but in here, service was good, very things were clean and welcome.
Took 5+ minutes give me basic tasting, half melted, poorly mixed icecream overflowing a cup. No napkins, dripping on my hand. First experience at a cold stone and probably won't be back.
Amazing for sure try this place better than other ice cream places in the city.
We were a group of 4 that visited on a Sunday afternoon. There was a female staff member who had an attitude with us after she tried to ring us up before we were finished with our orders. We were trying to explain to her that there was 1 person from our group that was waiting to order. She then yelled from the register to the opposite end of the line to our last group member "do you still need me me to take your order?" At this point the employee was visibly frustrated that there was 1 more order to complete.We didn't order anything difficult, everything was from the menu...I don't get it..??
Great ice cream but the service is terrible. Line out the door and one person working the crowd. One person making cakes, why she could not stop unsure and the manager maybe owner just sitting in the back.
