I would say this ice cream is everything in the name and more. Very creamy delicious cold treat. Brownies perfectly done. Loads of toppings available. Perfect summer dessert

Good ice cream, but the last 2 visits haven't been up to par. We ordered a birthday cake and I was very specific as to the verbiage I wanted and confirmed exactly what I wrote was to be out on the cake. The individual working confirmed he understood. I went to pick up the cake, and they completely disregarded what I wrote and made an assumption and wrote something different. Very frustrating. They offered to fix it but we were in a rush. Today I order via mobile order for pick up. We got there exactly at the time we had chosen for pick up and the ice cream was already melting.
It may taste good, but this can wreck a rare treat.Ordered a Banana Caramel Crunch, Gotta Have It!, paid for a Gotta Have It! size, but got this.....A small Love it! size IN A GOTTA HAVE IT! cup. Literally barely a medium serving in a medium cup, stuck in a large cup. Pop a lid on it and who could tell, right... "Hey, no one's sitting around eating ice cream during a pandemic, so they'll be home before seeing the slight of hand."As you can tell from the pic, the Gotta Have It! cup only has some drippings in it. And I'd only taken two bites before "Hey, why are there 2 cups?" So you can see the quantity was small for a size smaller than I paid for.HIGHLY unprofessional and a literal bait n switch.
Great service but it would be nice if they enforced the "mask wearing" at this location. I went in about 2 days after the Governor mandated Californians wear masks and there were about 7 teenagers inside with no masks on. The Cold Stone off of Laguna mandates AND they only allow 5 people in at one time. This is a simple security concern.
