Environment was great! Employees were very polite. The only thing that bothered me is that when you buy the game cards they automatically charge you $2 for the bracelet and $1 for the activation fee. I understand a person probably doesn't have much choice about the activation fee, but a customer should be asked if they want a bracelet before they charge $2 on your bank card for it. The bracelet is not necessary it is totally optional. So it's like they're sneaking money out of your bank account to have you pay for something without asking.
I loved it here. I brought my God daughter here and Family to celebrate my God daughter birthday ? The staff was very attentive & friendly. The games Chuck E. Were great. A forever memorable experience. We will definitely be be back.
Love how they give out surprise tickets at the entity door.And the pizza service is wonderful, while you sit and wait with your kids.
It was fine, kids had fun, all was well..... until one of the employees started hitting on my husband in front of me. lol like bro where TF they do that at? Pretty unprofessional.
My Grandson really enjoyed his time here. One of the cleaner locations we have visited. A few games were out of order but the majority were operational and well maintained. Good service at the awards area and the the cashier. The staff operating the entrance / exit when asking questions were not helpful but they were young, so...Overall a good place for a kid to enjoy!
Lots of games to choose from, clean and really nice employees. My 16 year old autistic son was given his favorite strawberry shortcake bar for free. So sweet!
Pizza is much better than I remember when I was young & the chicken wings are great. Great place to bring your children for safe fun time. It’s a little expensive but your children will love the time that you spend with them and you might get a little time with your wife or husband.

"Where a kid can be a kid" is true. Believe or not, our 13 year old wanted his birthday here and I'd have to say, all the guests, children and adults alike, enjoyed being a kid again.Check out their party packages. Well worth the money for hosting a party where the kids can have a great time in a safe space, the adults can catch up without having to clean up, and the birthday boy/girl can feel special entering into the ticket blast machine and having their very own all-you-can play CeC token watch.
It's surprisingly clean. Almost all the games work. There's plenty of room. Looks like the kids are having fun.
