Don't order a burrito or burrito bowl here. You'll get 95% toppings and 5% meat. Ordered a chicken burrito and one of the toppings was guacamole. Guacamole was all I tasted in the entire burrito, there was so much of it that it looked like it was scooped with an ice cream scoop. If I wanted a veggie burrito I would have ordered one. The 5 or 6 pieces of chicken I could taste were chewy. Does the owner even read these reviews? You may want to look into how your employees prepare the food
Rude employees, asked for veggie bowl, charged extra for ingredients that are included. When asked to fix it, despite showing a proof from chipotle website, didn’t fix it. Incredibly disrespectful. I asked for extra lettuce, theres no lettuce, very unpleasant, theres barely food in the bowl, and they charged me extra for food, but my bowl is empty.
Sorry to sound so upset but this whole experience today has been horrible. First, I placed an order at 10:05am-10:10am and it said it would be ready at 10:50am because the store opens at 10:45am. I get there around 10:35 and wait until they open, they didn't open the doors until 10:50am-ish. I get it, running late, whatever, I didnt get my order until 11:20am-11:25am. There were several angry people in the store also waiting a long period of time for their food. I get home and transfer my food to a plate, like I always do and notice there is absolutely no meat on the burrito bowl, which is the main dollar and protein factor to the meal. Also, my quesadilla order had black beans instead of brown rice. Guess we just throw in whatever we want to someone else's order. I've called the store several times and cannot get thru, I was on my lunch period so I am unable to go back. At this point the food is cold!! This whole experience was completely unacceptable to say the least. I will NEVER go back there again! ?Update: Even though I requested a follow up message or call, I've received NOTHING!. Hmmmmm.This has sealed the deal, ill never spend my hard earned money on this company again. Horrible horrible service and customer service.
Ordered online from Doordash. Aside from being charged more, the burrito was about half as big as they usually are, about 30 minutes late, and COLD. Super disappointing.
This location is usually very busy for lunch and dinner, so I would highly recommend using the app to order ahead and pickup. They usually are on time with orders, but I have had to wait well past the pickup time on occasion during dinner and have had missing items several times. So if you have a very particular order, make sure you check your bag before leaving.There is ample room for dining in and it is bussed and cleaned regularly.

Every time I order pick up from this location they always skimp out on the food. I ordered a double barbacoa bowl with double beans as well. The bowl had an amount of meat that could maybe compare to a single serving of meat. There was maybe a total of 6 strips of fajita veggies and no almost lettuce at all when I ordered. The workers up front are always great but whenever I get pick up Im not getting the right amount of food. The bowl was roughly 17 bucks and I didn’t even get enough food for it to be worth 10. It gets more than 1 star because when I called it in the lady was really helpful and the refund process was fairly easy. This restaurant either needs better training or something that will change this ongoing problemFollow up: Never received my refund even after the 5-10 business days of waiting
I haven't had CHIPOTLE in some time... It was ok, the chicken was a little stale but the flavors brought it together.. Got one for me and sis. We like Guacamole and sour cream. Yummm
Ok I love my Chipotle but come on, this is the second time I order for pickup and 3 of the 4 burritos are skinny like green beans. I guess I'll have to resort back to standing in that long line, eyeing them while they make a burrito worth paying a dimer for each. Y'all know what I mean. Still much love ? to my favorite burrito place.
