Best Chipotle, The staff is awesome. I took this place for granted. After visiting the dumpster fire that is the South Lake Tahoe location; I realized how great the Elk Grove location is. Thank you.
Lazy workers with rude and poor management. Place was dirty and food in heated bins were dried out. Was waiting at register for 5 minutes as manager prioritized online orders, while 3 workers were just standing around doing nothing. Weak, weak, weak!
The one in Land Park is better.Elk Grove store at Franklin and EGB's, the chicken was so dry
Arrived just before my pick up time but there were customers outside also waiting for their orders. It took about four minutes to receive my order after entering.
I had to wait over 25 minutes in line because there is one server by himself and all the other servers are doing the orders on the screen. Shouldn't customers in line be the top priority over the online? and why dont the cooks help serve the customers if they are not cooking anything. terrible management set up they have, never coming again
Brisket was really good, but it felt like it was only around for like 2 weeks which I just do not understand. Do not recommend the carnitas, it is super dry. As for customer service, its really hit or miss. The male employees are always chill but some of the female employees always sound annoyed especially when I ask for more rice and beans. Even though its free.
Tried the new smoked brisket salad bowl. It was delicious! Too bad it was a limited dish. They should reconsider it as a main dish to their menu.
The food was fine, but the people working there weren't really friendly.
I love this place because they are consistant.
