The reason for the 4 stars? The wait time for your order to be taken is pretty long. The time for the appetizers to come to our table once ordered was very long. Upside our waitress was very attentive and always had a smile on.Super friendly and accommodating. Food was alright nothing stands out as great but on the other hand nothing was bad.All in all I Would honestly only come back if my options were limited.

After having quite a bad day, I decided to go out to eat on a holiday (with 3 rambunctious kids in tow). Everything about this experience was so easy and pleasant. Our waiter, Corey, was exceptional! He was timely, attentive, friendly and personable. The food was tasty for everyone, drinks refilled before we could even ask, and everything felt seemingly back to “normal” for once ever since the pandemic. The genuine pleasantries from this experience put me in an overall better mood from what usually is a terrible day. Thank you for the great service!
fast service and very friendly people
The waitress was awesome, she consistently checked on my party all the while taking care of the other patrons she was responsible for. This young lady did an exceptional job in service, food was brought out on time and she always inquired if we needed anything.
Omg one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Our server took our order and just disappeared. Like literally disappeared, I think she quit on the job. The food was brought out at different times and was no good. We didn’t even get our cheesecake that we paid for. Had to send back my salad because it was soggy and gross? Ugh, wish we would have went somewhere else.
Horrible experience. Waited for more than 16 minutes at the front and was NEVER acknowledged. Went to side/back to place my order. The employee wasn’t friendly and acted as if I was bothering her. After receiving my order I immediately went to my car to eat my fries which were cold. How did I receive cold food. The entire experience and food was horrible.
Good news, it was very clean except the bathroom. Bad news, we were.rushed out of there like cattle. Order was rushed, food was rushed and poorly cooked, bill was rushed, I bet we were there 20 min tops. Food was not that great. Not going back
I waited weeks while deciding how I would review this location.With that being said. Let's begin.We have lived less than a mile from this location for 10 years,We finally decided to pre-order on new years eve.My wife's meal was perfect, steak cooked properly all side correct and she was happy.Mine not so much, I ordered a rib plate, the mashed potatoes rocked!The ribs, the worst ever! order was over cooked and under prepared, I even tried to save then to no avail.I've had a AM/PM rib sandwiches that tasted better!Maybe they had staffing issues or something. Sorry guys!
It's a Chili's. Normally it's a good one, but on my most recent visit they were understaffed (only one waitperson on each side of the restaurant) and not maintaining very good COVID protocols (open seating in the bar area meant people who didn't want to wait for a table were crowded close together without masks). They were out of my favorite soup. These are really easily correctable issues, so I hope they get corrected.
