In the morning it's all right but at night time you don't care about homeless people I try to order on the intercom speaker the will not serve me but a customer roll up on the car they told me you got to have a bike or a car to order I didn't know that I gave the customer $10 to get me something to eat and I told him I'm homeless and the employee said something on the intercom and I try being nasty to a customer at customers trying to help me to order some food employees disrespectful to customers trying to help me to get food.
I went to the drivethru at the Calvine Rd., Carl’s Jr. today and I cannot express how majorly I was disappointed. The fries either were double fried to reheat or were microwaved they were extremely hard and flavorless and the burger patty was actually charred and blackened. There was a singular pickle on the burger. Honestly, everything was so dry you could market it at steel wool. Absolutely inedible. The only yummy thing was the prepackaged cookie which they didn’t make on location. The drive thru took forever and we were the only ones ordering.
Prices too high, for food that is not that good. I remember the the $6 burger first came out, you could taste the quality.Not the same.
First time ever here, drive thru only had 2 other cars and they still messed up my order. Charged me for a full burger and got somebody else's salad burger.
Food used to be hot when picked up from drive thru. Now it's just warm. Did they change the procedure or pre-cooking too many burgers?
Aside from the food being good for Carl's Jr.When ordering food by the numbers, they assume you only want the burger. When customers order with numbers they are ordering a combination meal AND not just the burger. Assuming the customers orders only a burger is not why they go to eat at Carl's Jr. I certainly don't just order a burger when eating there.
The worst experience, in my life i did my order in the Drive Thru and all my order was wrong. I went inside did the order again, but the personal there didn't understand what I was asking, actually I was pointing on the menu my order and again all the order was wrong. I'll never comeback to this place.
Delicious Angus burger as usual. Soda machine was down. Boo! Fries were hot and fresh. Service was fast and order was correct.
Person taking my order was rude. It took a long time to get my order even though there was only one person ahead of me. Then there was spit in the food I ordered.Pretty angry because I was nice and polite throughout the entire process. What a waste of goodwill towards others; oh well, karma will catch ya eventually.Strongly wouldn't recommend people ordering or eating food from here.
Carl's Jr is typically my go-to drive thru, unless I'm short on bucks. I'm self employed and my bank account isn't always flush with dollars to use for extras. I'm sure you understand.Thanks a bunch. ?
