I ordered a lettuce wrapped angus burger. The burger was literally cold! It was like it was sitting on the counter not even near the grill. Horrible!

This place is a joke, every time I make an order online and go to pick it up they say we don’t have ur name. Payment already done through app but didn’t get food and no refund.
Service was decent but they got my order completely wrong.
The burgers used to be prepared and taste a lot better but now there is something funky about the way they taste.
The person working the Drive thru was very nice and polite and very respectful. My order was correct and above all fresh.A little pricey, but a Great burger.Thank you I will return.

They usually get the orders spot on but this time they made the order be the low carb version of what I asked for. So I go back and ask about the order. They say they'll remake it and legit only add buns.. I didn't get any of the melted cheese that makes this chicken burger my favorite.. very dismayed..
Yeah what can I say it's Carl's Jr the breakfast sandwiches are pretty good.
