Drive thru person was rushing me and my group and they were out of 2 items we ordered.Update: this Carls Jr has shown to be consistently bad at most things. Customer service is poor, they are constantly out of items, the drive thru takes an ungodly amount of time, they mess my basic order up 80% of the time and the food is cold the majority of the time.I would recommend you avoid this CJ until they step up their business.

Worst carls ever! Food is always cold, slow and they always mess up your order. Night shift is better, but the dude with a shaved head and glasses that works during the day is a joke.
Theyve changed theyre hpurs and 90% of the time they arent open for that late night craving. Fast food generally isnt open 24 hpurs in elk groce, but closing at 8pm with people still lining up in a now closed drive thru is just retarded. Ill go to mcdonalds across the street.

They forgot to charge me. Gave me 2 1/3lb angus burgers, and a separate meal. Took my coupons and gave me food. That’s all.

I ordered the beyond firery burger combo with sour dough bread and i even ate i took a bite without looking at it, it had bacon in it. This is outrageous, called the store so many times they keep hanging up. For a person not eating bacon this is unacceptable. I hope to get hold of the manager when i walk in. Also with the drink they didn’t even give th straw when we got to freeway than we realized no straw in the bag.
