The food is so-so. I mean, it's burger king burgers. Best burgers, imo, of all the basic fast food chain. But this location is absolute garbage when it comes to wait time. If you happen to go into the drive through when there are already like 4 cars in front of you, be prepared to wait about 30 minutes to get your food. This location has ALWAYS been like this for years. I'm not trashing the staff necessarily, as it could be a managing problem or a staffing number problem. Either way, it's nearly not even worth it by the time you get your food.But I still come from time to time when I want that flame broiled flavor. ? seriously, like 30 minutes. If you're lucky and there's only 1 car ahead of you, still about 10 minutes.Can SOMEONE please take over this location and make it decent? I have no idea what kind of problems this location is having, but it's a REAL bad look for burgerking.
Hands down worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a drive thru. Employees were rude, took about 15 minutes just to order a whopper jr and med fries, and even lectured me for being out of the sensor (reason being was me being at the other intercom for 10 minutes for nothing so I drove to the other one). After talking to the first guy he told me to “wait a sec” and that took about 8 minutes only to get lectured about being out of the sensor area. I’m actually quite a lenient guy but this was just garbage. No sign or anything to pay at the second window, no common courtesy even when giving the food. Just opens the window gives it and leaves in one quick motion. Never getting food here again.
The only thing they're consistent with is getting orders wrong. I feel for these employees, because they're probably underpaid and overworked, in a hot kitchen, but why did this corporation waste money remodeling if they don't work on anything else? Orders are wrong despite being taken down correctly, portions are skimped on, the boxes are broken/barely assembled, and despite ordering items that get sauces (like nuggets) you never actually get them unless you ask when they hand you the bag at the window. Things also have been tasting burnt more recently
Been there twice since they finished the constructionBoth times I went inside once for breakfast and once for lunch small orders it took them more than 20 minutes to get me my order and in one order the chicken fries were stale! Also the sodas are terribly watered down and unflavorful! it's a bunch of teenagers with very subpar customer service and there seems to be no managerial leadership won't be going back
Please train your employees how to handle food more in sanitary ways. You guys hire these young kids who don't even know how be sanitized at their own personal life then you throw them for minimum wage just so you have people working there i honestly recently got a whopper both me and my friend we ate it next we went through food poisoning and trust me it wasn't decent feeling this can be a lawsuit .
Well this BK just reopened after a makeover. I ordered the new bacon king whopper combo. I was asked to pull forward so they can finish my order and it be fresh. What a joke the burger patty’s were not fresh and there was no bacon or anything else on it. If they don’t have a staff who are able to put a burger together it will never succeed. The timing hasn’t improved or the food a huge disappointment.
it was not good a couple years ago we ordered here and the entire meal was messed up i wish they would get rid of the place and build something else don't come here unless you are going inside and then you can then get the right order
Not sure what I got, but I ordered Mozzarella sticks. I recieved some orange rubber tube that looked more like a hot glue stick covered in a breaded crispy moosh.
The food was decent. It's the building that's the problem. It looks closed from the outside. Once you step, the entire floor is sticky. The bathroom was the worse. Pee puddles everywhere, toilet paper scattered throughout the whole floor.
Just waited over 30 minutes for an order. If this was the first time this happened I wouldn't be on here, but I cannot recall one time where I ever had good/reasonable service after 11am. The only reason I ever came back is because of the coupons, but the food is always poor and LONG wait times. Today the kids had to keep 'clearing' tickets and go off the paper ones to keep the 'counter' times down.The only reason I didn't give it a 1 star was because the people working the breakfast hours are pretty good. Understandable of a labor shortage, but this BK obviously suffers from bad franchisee management.
