When I was here for a Ufc fight night a different time and the service was really good. Tonight, was the complete opposite. It wasn't busy, there were maybe 6 people at the bar and two parties at tables ordering food etc. There was a girl that seated us and said she'll be back with waters and she didn't bring waters. Finally someone shows to take the drink order, they bring the drinks and then maybe 25 minutes later she comes back to take the food order. And we waited like a half an hour for a simple cheeseburger order. By the time we received the food, we had already drank the alcohol, still no waters. And the meat was under cooked. The girl went to bring it back to the kitchen and then came a minute later and gives it back saying, "easy fix". No napkins and when i had asked for waters, i saw the girl go get waters and hand them to the table next to us. All of the customs that waitresses do was out of order here. It's weird cuz it didn't seem busy at all. It wasn't short staffed because I saw a lot of workers standing around talking to each other and other customers. So there is no real excuse for the service being that bad. That being said, I doubt I will be back. They don't seem to care customers are unhappy with the service.
This place uses to have amazing wings and the best Blue cheese dressing. It sucks because this was one of our favorite spots. The wings are tiny, dressing is boring. Service has kinda always been an issue here but now with the food being sub par and expensive I don't think we will be coming back. I really miss the food they used to serve. I hope the owners read the recent reviews and make adjustments. Been coming here for a long time but we are probably done.
Save your money and especially your time.. Just go somewhere else. We came here based on the high reviews, I should've read the recent review because it was on point. This place is by far the worst place I've ever been to. Service left a lot to be desired. The waitress took around 15min or more to come to our table, and normally i would've left but none of my friends said anything so we ordered some drinks. Roughly another 20 min more go by and we still haven't gotten our drinks. I understand when a place is busy and they are serving other tables, but this girl was nowhere in sight, unless she was also the cook or dish washer then it makes a lot of sense as to why she would be gone for a long time. My brother had to stand up twice just to look for her so she could get our other round of drinks. By the 3rd time we order more drinks there was 30min or so before closing and we didn't get our drinks till there were 10 min before closing. I was not going to chug that drink, if I wanted to chug drinks I would've had a kick back at my house just for that. And this waitress had some nerve to rudely tell us to leave, Someone with actual manners would've said "sorry guys we're closed now" and we would've gotten up and left. None of us at any point gave her that much attitude for her incompetence.Basic food and beer. The chicken was dry. The fries were decent.
Waitress: Ericia B. needs to get fired for terrible customer service.Came with a group of 8 last Friday and I was so excited to grab a beer after work with my coworkers because I heard great reviews especially about their wings. Our waitress was HORRIBLE, super rude like she didn’t even want to be there working? Being there for the first time and experiencing that type of customer service, why would someone want to go back. She took so long to attend to us and considering the fact it wasn’t that busy. Ordered 20 piece wings and they were too overcooked that they barely had any meat on them. The group felt the same and uncomfortable decided to go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or money here. Ps, of course she got a $0 tip due to her attitude.
Wings were fine, nothing to brag about, but being the name of the place, I was expecting something great. The battered beer onion rings were just a little bit doughy still, and their loaded fries were a let down. Great service from our waiter nonetheless. We found a hair in our ceasar salad and was replaced.
Love this spot! Food & drinks are delicious. I’ve come a couple times and really enjoyed everything I have ordered.
We came because of Ruben. The dopest man alive. Long luxuries hair. Jr the dopest businesses man alive with 1.5 bitcoin. Services suckes here. Tripen over our high bill but thats how we do it. Yet judged as though we dont got it ike that.
We’ve been going to Bull Wings since they opened! We’ve always loved the food and our waitresses. I love to support the locals and for the most part it’s a great place. My advice is to not get to used to menu items and portions because they tend to change often. We used to love their chips and queso , then the chips changed , then the queso was removed. Then we loved their fries but those have changed as well as the amount you receive . We absolutely loved the blue cheese fries and those are gone. Newer item added is the pretzel bites which my husband loved the cheese sauce but when we went the other day that was changed as well. Prices have increased a lot but I understand that due to the economy so that’s understandable. Waitresses are always awesome but if you order wings and fries you can expect to have your fries way before you get your wings. Hopefully it’s just a temporary thing adjusting to the economy because it’s always been one of our favorite places. We will continue to support them just hoping for some consistency.
Bull Wings is the best bar in Elk Grove hands down! From the bartenders to waitresses I'm always taken care of and feel welcome. The food is great and the atmosphere is good times. Come see for yourself!
Enjoy coming here for their wings and sauces. Very delicious. Service is very good anytime I come here with my family. Beer and spirits are a good variety.
