Great coffee shop type restaurant . Good size portions. I had a patty melt. Good flavor. Rye bread with swiss cheese. Restaurants don't always the rye bread.Service was excellent. Kept coming back filling water attending to requests. Grandaughter had a birthday and waiter brought her a dish of 3 scoops of ice cream! My husband had the turkey super bird and it included ham and it was bigger than Denny's. So he was happy. My son's bacon burger was gone quickly so I guess that was a yes he liked it. All around thumbs up!
Miguel, the current manager at Black Bear can manage any restaurant in the world. This place gets so busy, it's madness and mistakes happens and orders are forgotten, but he will amend the situation as quick as possible. I've eaten at Black Bear Diners all across the country and I would have to say this is the best managed one of all, which is saying alot because all Black Bear Diners are great. Eduardo was so attentive and all the servers always asks if we needed a refill for coffee. ‘Twas our first time and we’ll be back for sure, first impressions lasts. My steaks was done perfectly, flavorful dishes, and of course one of the most important for me is the portioning which made me happy. My 6 year old enjoyed all of her food, happy while eating. They give fun activities for kids which is very helpful. A little delay from the kitchen which is understandable at that time, and hey! The food was great! who cares about the delay after all.
My parents favorite place to eat. Good service for the most part and friendly staff! Rhe food is good too. Fish and Chips gas always had issues no matter the cook, would not recommend getting it.
Wonderful place. I was not feeling well and as a result, not that friendly. The waitress tried to read me and did her best! She was patient and helped me through my order from finding the menu (It was right in front of me), to keeping our drinks filled up to going the extra mile for these 2 picky kids, to taking time out to make sure we were good, and we had our boxes, and so on. She really locked it down!!Food:So much food, per plate! On point on point on point!Hot, fresh, and delicious!!
Always love coming here. The staff was great, quick and friendly. Restaurant was clean and the booth was comfy. I had a salad and sandwich, others had salad customized with steak even though it typically isn't served during breakfast, and breakfast customizations off menu. No issues with pay or service.

Can’t go wrong with a Black Bear Diner. This location is always super packed on weekends - for a good reason - but they make their to go orders fast and on the time they say they will be ready.Would be nice to have designated to go parking, their lot is way too small for how popular they are. I felt like I was shopping at the mall on Christmas Eve with having to circle the lot several times and then follow someone out to their car as they were leave.
A really good dinner experience. Our service attendant was polite; attentive; knowledgeable and friendly. We all enjoyed our dinners. When you get good service and good food and comfortable dinning area it's great. Lastly we went on a Wednesday at 6:30pm and it wasn't busy, that helped too.
