Always enjoy having a Beach Hut sandwich. The vibe is definitely happening here as well as the delicious menu items. This location was Friendly, fast & delicious! Will be back soon?
Awful customer service! We placed a phone order over the weekend, my wife went to pick it up and i5 took almost 2 hours to complete the order. She paid full price, and came home. Our kids couldn't wait and ate at home, totally ruining our Sunday lunch plans. I called to speak with the manager to be told she's not at thr store for the day. I sent a complaint via their website. Today I received an email from the owner upset that I yelled and cursed at her employee over the phone, which I didn't, mentioning how she can't comp our meal. I was upset, but not disrespectful. I expected more out a chain as such.You're such an unprofessional. Sharing your customers emails online. Please mention that we paid full tag, never caused a problem at the store, but Instead I called to speak to the person in charge. Met by an easily offended like yourself shift lead that didn't like me asking how come our phone not online order took so long. Since you were not there, If you're employees are telling you it took less than an hour and forty minutes, and that I cursed at them, then they are lying.. I will file complaints where I need to for your horrible customer service.

Their sandwiches are a bit pricy. I paid $11.50 for a regular tuna sandwich but my son is picky about the quality of the tuna mix and he loves theirs. I ordered a sandwich with pastrami roast beef ham cheddar cheese and cream cheese with mayonnaise and mustard instead of 1000 Island dressing. They serve it on garlic toasted French bread slices. It was $13.95. I could barely get my mouth around it and I can only eat half at a time. They have 3 sizes of most sandwiches; regular large and extra large. They are well worth the higher price.
What a great place to eat and have sandwiches beer and the Marley nachos. Did I mention the Marley nachos are gnarly and in other words, awesome.One piece of advice: so if you're getting it to go just check your order make sure it's all there and it's done the way you ordered it.
Okay so not to over exaggerate but I had just got out of school and had this throbbing headache.But when I tell you I bit into that pastrami avocado thingy it went right out the fing door. Plus when I went there was a homeless man playing this sick electric guitar, it was a very spiritual experience. They had run out of both cheddar broccoli and potato soup, but the staff was dope af so I had no problem getting the creamy tomato. If you ever see that homeless guy playing the guitar make sure to tip, and props to beach hut for making a bomb sandwich and single handedly curing my headache.
Ordered online curbside pick up this evening and I want to give a shoutout to the young woman making all the sandwiches she did an excellent job & the young man that answered the phone & brought the sandwich’s out has great customer service. Our sandwiches were so delicious ( Rueben, pig kahuna & turkey sandwiches). My first time & I will definitely be back ??
I absolutely love the Hawaiian salad, surfin bird & shark bite. Also a fan of a few more sandwiches on their special menu that are really worth the try. I like to try something new every time, but I usually always go back to my new found favorites.
