Called in on May 7th at 1230 to order a cake. Spoke to someone for 5 minutes about the type of cake i wanted, what I wanted it to say as well as the decorations. Told her I would pick it up on Monday after 4pm. I get here today and NO cake and no one has absolutely no idea what the hell I am talking about. ABSOLUTELY the worst store ever. Incompetent people working here. Don't order from hereYou won't get your order

This B&R shares space with a Togo's so you can get both a sandwich and ice cream. Fair enough selection of ice cream for the grandkids with a few indoor seats but far too few seats outdoors for the combined restaurant. About the only thing to do here is to take your ice cream and eat it in the car because of the lack of seating. I would not compare this location favorably with o the larger more updated B&R locations around the state. Not quite on par with them.

Well it will be the last cake I buy from here unfortunately. Ordered cake over a week ago, picked it up today, kid's name is spelled wrong. Called to talk to someone, they really didn't even care which is the upsetting part. I wasn't expecting more than a decent sorry but it seems that is a lost art amongst the employees here.
