Worst customer service that I've had in a while. Went in to choose a flavor and the guy behind the counter says," when you're ready let me know" and when I was he ignored me for five minutes doing some other work. Never turned around once to see if I was ready. When a customer comes in you're attention should be on that person and not what clean up you have to do before you go. The place is still open. This is the second time he's been rude to myself and I won't be returning as long as he's employed there. Wasn't able to catch the name but, older dark skinned guy.
Don't know if this was just one instance, but I ordered a cake here, and I did not receive it! First time Baskin Robbins has ever done this.

I want to make a point without being over-the-top. I visited here tonight on Tuesday early evening with two young ladies both working. Sadly fundamental customer service skills were absent and no where to be found. When we walked in there was one customer the attendant was finishing up with the transaction. No one looked up to acknowledge us walking into the store. Not once. No eye contact. Zero acknowledgment. ZERO! When I asked about a new flavor, I was sternly told, “There Are No Samples!” Not, “yes that’s a good flavor, but I’m sorry we aren’t able to offer samples.” No softer positive approach. This is a TRAINING opportunity. No one was rude directly to be fair. But I won’t be returning. This is a franchise dependent on it’s name, not on service standards.
