I wish I had photos of the wonderful donuts that miss Sherry picked out for me. My husband and I automatically ate all of it right when we left! She recommended us to come by again for the staxxs.So I visited another time and a young man Sydney had given us the most wonderful treatment as well!The prices are increasing but hey that's the economy for you! The prices is worth being treated so wonderfully with such patience and care by both Sherry and Sydney.
I love their mochi donuts, they were delicious and chewy! The senorita bread (they call it staxx) was warm and fresh when I got them. The lumpia was a little darker but than what I’m used to eat but it was still pretty good. The register Sydney was a lot of help and gave me good recommendations on what to get. Long line but great customer service.
They're always super nice and helpful. If you have no clue on what to get, just let them know! Donuts are plentiful and I've tried almost all of them and have loved about 98% of them so far with a very few just not to my tasting. Other non-donuts are also pretty good. Try em all out. A bit pricy but doesn't hurt to splurge every so often!
The sesame mochi donuts was instant favorite for me. Not greasy. Very light. Reminds me of sesame ball but a donut version. Light and airy donuts translation of sesame balls. Fantastic!

I stopped by this new location action today! I live in Galt and I'm so excited there is one close! Natomas was quite a jaunt, but well worth it for staxx!The staff at this new location were so wonderful!!! The young lady at the front was sweet and knowledgeable! The young man who made my beverage was sweet and knowledgeable as well!I got my normal 20 count staxx! A lemon donut and a creamy ube boba! That boba was to die for! I love ube!I will be taking a detour to this location every Friday on my way to work! See you soon team Bad Bakers!(Update: Today is Thursday, 2 days later. I came back for more. The helper today was also AMAZING! The hottest squishy soft and stick staxx ever!)
I was excited to try Bad Bakers with all the hype around them, but I was a little disappointed. The donuts were good, but my local small donut shop is better. The prices were a little over the top too. For a half dozen donuts for almost $20. I'm not saying they are bad, I just don't think they are worth the cost. Just my two cents.
My daughter is a big fan of Staxx so I buy her the bread almost once a week. Ham and cheese bread, Sausage and cheese bread is super yummyVery friendly customer service and fresh baked bread. Highly recommended.
Lots of unique items. Definitely a place I will be back to try an assortment of pastries and savory foods. This is not your regular donut shop, it's a bakery with an injection of creativity. If you haven't checked them out go and pick up a little something, I'm sure you can find a reason to treat yourself.
