Didn't get to eat lunch today because of this place. Only ordered a medium #1 and after waiting 15 minutes I found out they had never started my order and in the process insured I will not come back. I was a regular at this place but as a delivery driver I can't miss lunch due to the fact this team is incompetent at their jobs. Just terrible.
So, I understand my review is probably going to sound a little bit overboard or dramatized, but that is certainly just how significant my experience was here. The customer service at this location will absolutely blow your mind! I live about an hour and a half away from here, and I came and ordered from this Arby's 3 times over the course of 2 weeks, and each time was exactly the same. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Not just your typical waiter/host courtesy, no. This was so much more than that. They literally make you feel like a celebrity, like the only and most important person in there, as they go out of their way to cater to you. And it's not just 1 staff member; it's the entire team. I've never had an experience like that, certainly not from a chain "fast food" restaurant. If there is even the slightest wait, you can expect 1-2 staff members profusely apologize for it. Even better, the food reflects their service. Everything is perfectly hot, fresh, and neatly put together. I was even able to fool my husband that the turkey sandwich I got from there came from a classy deli. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I could go on and on, so I think I will definitely leave it at that! If you are in the area, I HIGHLY recommend that everyone tries this place over even your fanciest local restaurant.
This place has gone downhill, quality and quantity, and price. We purchased the cheddar and roastbeef combo, might as well hVe gone to denny's.
Longest line fast food I have ever been in, AND the order was completely wrong. Seventeen minutes, 17, from ordering to getting food. Also no apology for taking so long. I ordered a bacon Swiss sandwich, and got a classic chicken. Ordered mozzarella sticks and got crinkle fries. Unbelievable.
Their new WAGYU BURGER is by far the BEST burger i’ve ever had a fast food place. It was even cooked perfectly medium rare. Absolutely amazing. I hope this becomes a regular menu item.
Went to the drive thru tonight, placed our order, but when we got to the window, we were told they were out of beef and asked us if we wanted something else instead. We chose instead to cancel our whole order and go elsewhere. I don’t understand how a place that serves beef as the main protein can run out three hours before closing? But the staff were polite about the situation, we were just disappointed.
Absolute best drive thru I've ever experienced. The staff was unbelievably outstanding. Upbeat attitudes, good disposition about them, super friendly. Enjoyed them so much we went back 2 more times in the same evening! The night crew all deserve a raise and to know how awesome they are!
Great place to get the roast beef type sandwich of the Arby's style.In addition the fries are pretty good.
One of the better Arby's in the greater Sacramento area. New restaurant so it's clean and doesn't look run down like the others locally.
