This place has it all- a great halal meat selection and a deli to boot. The food is great.
Very nice market, reasonable prices especially some items are hard to find in the U.S. in domestic chain markets. Great service & friendly staff. We come from Chico about once every 2 months.
Adam’s International Market is very nice store to buy all kinds of Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Pakistani groceries. Their customer service is very nice and their staff is very nice and friendly.
Absolutely the most friendly and sourceful market in Elk Grove. Serves all of my Halaal needs and with the deli, my Halaal cravings as well. Highly recommend this place to all friends.Props to the owner for naming it after his son, really nice man.

The thing is, to find a nice halal place is really hard to come by these days. I am just looking for some nice meat to buy to simply grill. First off, their steak was really good back when it was from Harris Ranch meats, now it is some kind of nasty, chewy, bad smell kind of steak as for their ground beef it tastes like minced dog meat to say the least. I have been coming here for many years, So I know what I talk about when I say bad quality. This is an embarrassment to the Muslim community as an representation of halal meat. Do your self a favor and don't buy meat from here.
I’ve been coming to Adams for years now. I love the take-out food. Before going plant based, Chicken Shwarma was my go-to. And now I like the Falafel Wrap. It’s huge! I also got potato wedges.Great place for hot food to go! They also have the best hummus!! Highly encourage you to try this place.
Adam international market is nice place where you can find everything you need. The owner and staff are so friendly. This is my second time and it won’t be my last.
As an immigrant of Cyprus I always enjoy stepping into Adams markets as it takes me back to the country I remember as a child. They have many items from Greece and Cyprus (Halloumi anyone?) and the freshest vegetables! We enjoy their Gyro, and many traditional dishes from the middle east and even steak sandwiches! Halal of course. The staff is always pleasant and you might catch the owner Ali there taking care of business and greeting everyone.
