Never ready always running behind! What’s the purpose of ordering on the app!!! They are good when they are good ……the baristas always look flustered. I have come to that store twice in one week and both times I had to leave with out my food , I shop here all of the time, they need help! I dont have 20 minutes to wait on microwaved food …. I have a job I have to get back to! Never going back to this one I will drive to west hell first or never deal with Starbucks again. It’s not that good!

I went in today before a job interview, and the barista, without knowing, told me he was rooting for me and knew that I was going to have a really good day and was going to be great. And I very nearly burst into tears because I didn't know I needed to hear it. My dude, who I think was named Brian but I'm not sure because of how emotional I suddenly became: I hope you also have a great day. Not sure if I'll see you again or even if you'll see this, but know you really helped me out and I really appreciate the kind words. Gave me a boost of confidence I really needed. Oh yeah, and the coffee was great.

They were VERY S L O W
Baristas don’t listen to me. I have bad anxiety & they always add caffeine/ or more than 1 pump of chocolate to my steamer. Just wanted steamed milk with 1 pump chocolate. Extra chocolate & any caffeine gives me heart palpitations or I stay awake for 3 days. Am I such a d*** person for wanting a cup of milk in the mornings.
