This location closes at 8pm but the placed is barricaded at the front counter @6:45 pm. The employees act like you are bothering them when you show up for service prior to closing. Barricades with mop buckets, chairs, and blasting music as well as bad attitudes will keep the customers at bay while you scrub down the place! Sad experience!
Your normal Starbucks and the bathroom was clean.
Literally anytime you come during the late morning-afternoon, the staff sucks. They make poor quality drinks and they’re rude. The store manager and one other guy, I’m not sure what his name is, appear to be the only competent and nice people at the store. I’m highly disappointed.
Once again I'm impressed with the staff at this location, Kira is awesome and I enjoy seeing her smile.. on more than one occasion the staff knew my name when I walked in the store.. I enjoy the location for the simple reason it has no drive thru so it is not a typical Starbucks production facility that has robots working for them. Just kidding they are probably overwhelmed..
