Ordered two fish sandwiches from S'urge yesterday (one for lunch and one to eat later for dinner) and they were both fabulous! I mean , seriously good. The Fried Finn, had a crispy piece of fish on it that was so big it overwhelmed the bun. The Cabo is a mahi sandwich that was out of this world good. Just like I was in Cabo and the mahi were running offering fresh catch of the day for all. The spice was perfect on the Cabo, loved it ! I ordered delivery and my food arrived promptly and was packed nicely. The sides were sooo good too; I had the kale slaw, fresh and crispy, and I also had the Brussels / tots, what a great combo. Here is a pic of The Cabo (the Fried Finn looked so good that I took a big bite out of it before I took pics) . I put The Cabo in the fridge and heated it up in the microwave later; still delicious! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TRY S'URGE!
The place is located inside California Fish Grill. You can order online for pickup or delivery. I got the sid sandwich, and the calamari steak was the BOMB. So tender and juicy, tasty crispies smothered on top, a spicy kick from the dynamite sauce, all sandwiched between a fresh brioche bun.The tots and Brussels sprouts were a greasy, decadent treat. I like the Brussels sprouts from CFG normally, but the tots put it over the edge. Golden and crispy, it was delicious with the sweet balsamic glaze and sweetness of fresh tomatoes peppered with the spicy fresh arugula.Loved the food and look forward to trying the other menu items next time!
