Not espresso, but really fine drip coffee. One of the smoothest decaf mochas I’ve had. Comfy covered patio.
Large covered outdoor sitting area with plenty of space for a large group. Coffee was good but way too sweet.
A bit cooler in temperature for my hot Jacob's Wunderbar, but still flavorful.
Coffee and service are A+BUT.... please dust the walls and photos above the bench, across from the pickup area. The HVAC system literally blows in that area, and the dust buildup is pretty gnarly. No one wants dust bunnies in the food and drink.
Coffee was wonderful, but what makes me want to come here and never leave is the customer service!! Exceptionally awesome!!!
Coffee is great, but I did a mobile order and that was a big mistake. Total time waiting for 3 coffees was 40 minutes. The upsetting part was when a couple that walked in got their 3 coffees in under ten minutes along with their food. Not sure what happened today but they have to work on it.
It's a must have every time I go to Cali. Someone introduced me to the Iced Mocha Tesora and that is the drink I have to have every time. Definitely my favorite.Yesterday I also decided to try the iced mint mojito based on recommendations and its surprisingly really good, considering I'm not big into mint.I wish we have Philz Coffee up here in Canada but looks like I'll just have to keep going back to Cali for the amazing drinks.
My favorite coffee place! They are famous for special drinks like Mojito but personally I like to try their different blends. If you are visiting during busy time, I recommend to use their mobile app to place an order in advance.
A little small, but your average Philz. Coffee is expensive but decent. It'd be nice if a regular black coffee was less expensive than one of the mixed shenanigans drinks but I guess it didn't stop me from ordering.
My coffee was bitter and overwhelming! What a huge disappointment this coffee was. I’m not sure if Philz is considered “speciality” coffee, but their coffee reminds me of Starbucks. I guess I’ll just stick to local micro roasters who have freshly roasted coffee beans weekly.
