This is the McDs near LAX. Ordered the deal for free fries and drink with chicken sandwich on the app. Deal accepted but then Charged me full price and took the $ before I hit it. Went inside they said it was expired but the scan code had shown up and disappeared Took the food since had already paid but not happy to pay11.50 instead of about $6.
Went here for lunch today after other McDonald's in the area still have their dining rooms closed for some stupid reason. Was craving a quarter pounder. Food was great and restaurant was nice. There were even fresh flowers on the table. The only downside is no ice cream machine. Which sucked. Was really looking forward to a hot fudge sundae. It was good.
This location is close to my home. So when I am coming back from work I like to grab something convenient, but this location messes my order up 60 percent of the time. Number 3 Large is the only thing I get. It is now I have to go through the drive through and as soon as I get my food I always have to correct. They either give me small size fries or a 1 paddy burger with no cheese. I mean it happens so much that I am furious. Even when I pay postmates for specifically a number 3 large. I have to complain because its not my order. Literally driving to other locations to avoid this location I am sick of paying for large and my food is almost always wrong. I feel it is very simple order with no special request and yhey simply can't get it right. Also have 1 person at drive through that speaks as if they are mono tone and give looks every time I come through. So yeah only 1 star from me.
This Place was so Clean, but the Manager with short hair and less than the regular height "Leticia" was Kind of Rude; she was talking with customers with Solid Face and Harsh tone. But I really respected "Ydalmi" who was on the Cashier. She was smiling and greeting everyone with open heart, it was something you barley see it those days.If I was in Authority level, I would Replace "Ydalmi" and put her in Manager position...I know we all want to make money, but there is something we call it.... A Good Customer Services....Thank you "Ydalmi".....

Super long drive thru line, partial menu availability (no salad for my wife), then we have to wait out front for them to bring our food to us; we only ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and a 10 piece nugget. We did not have any special requests, like no ketchup or oniobs, etc. How hard can that be? We had to park elsewhere and wait by the playground because everyone else was waiting for their food as well
One of the best mcdonalds I have ever gone too. Uber eats orders are CORRECT which never happens. Workers that actually give a f work here.

I try to get breakfast and just cannot seem to get there. Wish I could actually get breakfast menu without having to be up at the same AM as the normal world. Even if you get there on time lines end up being long enough to push the time to long. Breakfast for boomers only.
