Ordered via Uber eats. They called me immediately after I placed the order to say they didn’t have any lau lau. I changed it to the meat combo - kalbi, teri steak and teri chicken (which was good!). Tipped well and the delivery guy practically ran the order right over. I was happy with everything.
I heard a customer had many times missing order and some issues about order.But I can’t believe them!The women workers told them to why you keep coming back here. She said When you had issues that restaurant I wouldn’t come back again.It’s not point. so annoying
The service was terrible. I paid extra for grilled cabbage and all veggies instead of rice and macaroni. I received no grilled cabbage and barely any veggies. Plus, paid $7 more than the Gardena L&L H. I do not recommend El Segundo L&L H..
This place is a staple for my work crew. It is always a hit. I wish online ordering was possible and pricing was a little cheaper. All things considered it's great though.
I don’t know if this place changed management or something. But we normally have a good experience but today it was awful. As you can see in the photo, one of our meals came with the smallest amount of bbq, it is ridiculous. We also asked for a side of steamed veggies, which was $6 for less than a 1/2 cup of veggies. Also in the photo, you can see they cut corners on our spam as well. They literally cut it on the short side or something because normally it is as big as the rice We have loved going here in the past but it won’t be an option for us anymore. There are too many better competitors for Hawaiian food.
Update: Keep in mind, what makes this so much worse, is the fact that they open and check your order upon handing it over.Usually the service is great, Lately, not so much. This is about the third time this happens. As I am not much of a picky person so I will still eat it. It is not what I asked, and I cannot return quick enough during my lunch period.This would not happen if they wait to answer the phone when helping someone or assist the person on the phone first.. A bit disappointing...Love the food and fast service.

The cashier order the wrong food. Went back and she was blaming me that I order wrong ! When I order the same plate I always order. Then she wants to charge me extra for something that comes with the order! I’m waiting on my refund and she continued pushing my buttons. I’m quiet so I tell her why you keep going. Just do your job give me my refund period! All the times I been there I’ve never been treated like she treated me! She needs to know if she back talks she not representing her job! I ven the guy behind me laughed at her
Just did uber eats from here.Looking at the Google pictures I thought the portion wouldn't be enough for me but the portion is quite generous. I had the mixed BBQ which came along with good portion of meat served with rice and macaroni salad. They have packed the sauce and siracha separately as well and not to forget the packaging with a smile was cute.
Love the beef short ribs and the fried shrimp. Rice, shredded cabbage and macaroni salad. Teriyaki chicken and more! Great people and great food. Don't forget to pick up a Hawaiian drink!
