Good burgers but not the best ive ever had. Order at the front and then they bring it to you. Lots of seating inside and out.
I like hopdoddy the food is fresh grass fed as well.I did take a picture as well.I had the juiciest burger! The drinks are great as well. Please feel free to take your family shop & walk your food off.
We haven’t been to this location in a while. We are happy it is still there. The burgers were good. People may balk at the price almost $10 per burger. I think the large bowel of fries was about half that. I ordered the cocktail of the month hibiscus cranberry metzcal drink and my husband ordered aNot very chocolate shake with no whipped cream. ( the second shake actually had no whipped cream)You stand in line to order your food while you are waiting another employee assigns you a table. You get to the cashier and order your food andPay with electronic means no cash. However they will take cash tips….hmmm . The cashier makes note of your table and your food gets delivered. Remember to ask for water, you need to get your own water and soda. Specialty drinks are brought to your table
The burgers were good. The fries came out soggy and cold. My boozy shake never made it out, but the staff was nice and refunded the drink. A server never came to check on us. We had to flag someone down.
Love the atmosphere but most of all their food is delicious
i actually would like to give Hopdoddy 3.5 stars if it were an option, but ill round up because it could make a few tiny changes and get into 4. space is nice. typical modern hipster style. however, for a place called hopdoddy, i might expect a larger beer selection. on the food, the flavor was good, but im not sure why the fries and burger came out not hot. the fries weren't really crispy when they were delivered to me, and the burger wasnt hot either.. kind of lukewarm. but the flavor was there. the table across from us didnt get one of the two things they ordered for 15 to 20 minutes after the first item came out. so i think there is probably a system problem with service. they were nice, but probably need to get better organized.

I've been to Hopdoddy a few times when I wanted to treat myself to a pretty good burger--even if it is a little pricey. This evening I ordered a meal from their website and had it delivered while I was in a meeting. After I received it, I opened up the little to go box that my burger was in and there was sauce and lettuce all over the bottom. It was a wreck. I wasn't sure why it was like that, but that should have been a sign to turn back. The bun was soggy because of all that sauce. Who does that? Did anyone even care? Then, I bit into the burger and noticed that it was raw inside--RAW! Not to mention it was completely cold. I could understand if it being cold if I had it delivered a really far distance...but I was .2 miles away. Anyways, I called the restaurant and the phone just rang and rang and rang...I almost hung up, but finally an enthusiastic young man answered and I requested to speak with the manager. I'll withhold the manager's name here because I can tell he was only doing what he was trained to do. He asked if I wanted them to remake the burger and I didn't feel comfortable with the current staff handling my food. He told me if I wanted a refund that I would have to contact Door Dash. Wait...what?! I told him I ordered online through Hopdoddy's website--not Door Dash. He said since it's delivery, I am paying the delivery service and not the restaurant. Even if that's true, that's not my problem. Hopdoddy is choosing to use the 3rd party delivery. Also, I know that I entered my payment info on Hopdoddy's website--not Door Dash! At any rate, you can see the state of things when the people charging you $37 for a burger and fries can't apologize for the mistake and would give that customer the runaround to receive a refund when they gave that customer unsafe food. The manager literally told me that there is nothing else he can do and they cannot give me a refund. I'm just in shock right now.

Ok. A bit of confusion with the order, but when it was discovered, Hugo, the kitchen manager took care of us, getting the missing item right away and covering it for us. Very much appreciated. Turned a 3 star review right into 5.Beers come in a nice cold large goblet. The good was well prepared taste and timing. We had the veggie patty on a burger, the Nashville hot chicken sandwich (could have been hotter) and dinner truffle fries.Was a nice way to relax Sunday afternoon.
