Food was good. Complementary chips and salsa was awesome. They took a little longer time to prepare the food after order but in mean time we enjoyed complementary chips and salsa. I ordered tamale and enchilada which was good but the plate was very hot. I guess they put entire plate in oven after adding cheese. The plate was so hot that I took longer time to finish my food where my other colleagues were finished early. I would say cleanliness and lighting could have been a little better.
They have been at that location for 40 years that I know of. I always stop there for take out, this is maybe the second time I dined in. The food was excellent, I had a chile relleno, tamale combo plate and it was pne of the best I've had in a long time. I really liked that they used mole for the red sauce. The manager seemed nice when he checked on how we were doing. I'll be going back again.
excellent service and very good food. i loved their lengua tacos, asada tacos, lengua burrito, and agua de jamaica. and they have a baby changing station in the restroom. thank you!

Same as I remember it so many years later. Love the whole tortilla chips and guacamole. Salsa is great also.

One of the best enchiladas I ever ate. Not from Los Angeles but if I ever return I'll definitely visit this restaurant again. Highly recommended. The staff is great prices are good.
Good spot for local Mexican fare. Not far from a Public Parking spot, and not far from the beach as well.
Fresh food, reasonable portions/prices and excellent service.
