Great chicken tacos! Stopped here on our layover at LAX. Friendly staff and quick to get our order. Place was packed!!
Food was good but some of the chicken pieces were very overcooked and dried out. Ordered the 12pc family meal.
Super clean and very friendly staff. Been a long time since I had El Pollo Loco and I was EXTREMELY impressed with the food and the atmosphere. Super fresh avocado and cilantro and excellent tasting food. I had the chicken avocado burrito and my friend had the tinga burrito and we split some beef tacos. I will be back. Churros need work though!
El Pollo Loco was an amazing find during my visit to Los Angeles ? I ordered the Tostada Bowl and O.M.G my taste buds went on a journey!! The shell was made with love and care ? and it made me feel like I was at home! We discovered there is a bell ? you can ring to let them know you enjoyed they business and I RUNG IT until I couldn't anymore!! They earned all 5 stars ? ?

This is unquestionably one of the best Pollo Loco locations!I have been coming here for almost five years since I moved to the area, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and food comes out fast. Over time service has not changed and every time I come it’s always a good experience, whether I order take out or dine in.
Fast service. Tried the new Dos loco salad selection. Was not disappointed. Cashier was friendly. Would have been 5 stars, but did not have avocado salsa.
We do not have them in Michigan, so whenever I find one I ALWAYS stop!Their grilled chicken is so delicious ?
Chicken was dry, and tasted like it was out for a while. Sauces were lackluster and not flavorful. But service was good
