this was one of the best fast food services i’ve ever had! the second we walked in we were greeted with kindness and respect. I especially had a strong liking and good interaction with Candace.she was so sweet and made it feel like we were truly valued and that she cared about us!!! LOVE HER!!!!
I hate to write a one star review but I really didn’t have great experiences here. Last time we went through the drive-thru, came home to find out there’s a fries missing. It was just a fries, we were gonna just let go and forget about it. I glanced at the almost $20 receipt, I decided to ask my husband to call the store. The phone call was a breeze, they took his name and phone number, told him he could come back to claim his fries using his name and number. Today, we went, told the staff about it and they said no we don’t see your name. It’s probably over 30 days, we have a 30-day policy, you have to come back within 30 days. My husband said no one informed him about this, they just said sorry it’s the policy. My husband was disappointed and said “I guess we just don’t get what we paid for here.” Then someone came up, asked about the situation and decided to give us the fries. When the person handed the fries to us, he said, next time just remember there is a 30-day policy.No, how about next time just don’t mess up orders and waste customers’ time. A 30 day policy requires customers to drive back and give more business to a Chick-fil-A that failed to deliver. The last time this happened at a Chick-fil-A in another state they gave us coupons with no expiration, not confused looks and impatience. Next time an item’s missed I’ll charge-back my card and require Chick-fil-A to drive to my house if they want payment for the rest of the meal, only valid within 30 days of course!On to the food: the meat is extremely salty both times we’ve gone now, had to dip it in ketchup to tone it down. The fries barely crispy unlike what we get normally from other Chick Filets. The sweet tea was more like iced water with a teaspoon of sugar and a sprinkle of tea.Impressed neither with the food nor the staff.

I Work hard for my money so when I order a large meal I expect to get a large meal coke was 1” down the rim of the cup, Fries even greater disappointment if I paid for a regular I wouldn’t be writing this petty review. Can’t help to feel like I got scammed.
Plan to wait in the Drive-Through line.It was my first time trying Chick-fil-A. Heard mixed reviews about it. Had to see for myself.Arrived early at Breakfast /opening time. Surprised to see a line already upon arriving at the drive-through.Plan to wait in the Drive-Through line.For a faster order experience, park in the attached parking lot and order inside-in person.Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich (entree only) and 2 piece chicken tenders.I also added chick fil A sauce, honey mustard and buffalo sauce to my order. *The chick fil A sauce was delicious and would definitely order again. Honey mustard sauce is too Sweet alone for my liking but it tasted okay mixed with the buffalo sauce.The order was expected to take longer since I ordered lunch at breakfast/opening time. The drive through cashier came out to the waiting area and brought a complimentary cookie to thank me for waiting. She was really sweet/kind.The service here is excellent, 5 stars. Professionals.The Spicy chicken sandwich deluxe (with lettuce, tomato & pepper jack cheese ) is tasty. The tenders are delicious as well.
I love me some chick fil a! I do not eat there often due to them supporting anti gay campaigns. However their smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious.Now the service we received yesterday was not the standard for chick fil a but it was the standard for how people treat others of color. And yes I was paying attention to how the person in front of me was spoken to and greeted. Did not get the same.I only gave 3 stars because the sandwich was that good. I usually give 1 star for reviews like this.
Quickness is their sign, my order was ready before I got to the dispatch window. Sandwiches are as simple as the bread and the piece of chicken, that's all. Waffle fries are average, nothing new. Expected more from the regular sauce but not that bad.
Great service. There was a problem with the ringing of the order, but it was quickly rectified. Food was hot and delish!
I really like this place. It was the first time in years that I have had there food so I had forgotten how good it is. It's just simple good fast food which is hard to find these days. I was impressed this particular location was slammed with business and yet they were serving quality food. The service was great and it was a lot of younger employees. Overall a great experience I would highly recommend this location.
#1 chicken sando. The original, the best. Others are good, CFA is tops for me.
