Love this place! Im from out of town and make it a point to visit here each trip. Healthy chipotle concept but with a Mediterranean spin. Can choose one of their suggested combinations or build your own. Amazing flavors and good portion size! Attached to an outdoor mall with a bunch of other shopping & food options. Plenty of places to sit outside nearby!
It was my first time trying CAVA, my wife had tired it before and loved it so we stopped for lunch. Overall I would say it is good. Definitely feels like a healthy meal but was a little intimidating for the first time. The premade options a slightly limited (in my opinion) compared to all the offering they have. The bowl I got was good but I would have done it differently had I known all the options. Tastey meal but wouldn't say it's anything special.
I really wanted to love this place. The concept is great, but the food just isn't high quality. Every time I've gotten a bowl here the rice has been undercooked. When the undercooked rice is the base of the meal, it really ruins it. If the quality improved, this could be a great place to eat.
Worst Cava location I’ve ever been to. The worst most bizarre girl working that I’ve ever interacted with, how she is in customer service is beyond me. Quite possibly on drugs, but to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe raised by gnomes in a dark forest and it was her first day interacting with humans? Sorry but falafel is disgusting, so disappointing! It was chewy mush, and another reviewer pointed out it wasn’t cooked, which makes so much sense. Couldn’t finish them either. Dressings were much blander than I remember. I normally love Cava, but haven’t been since the pandemic. Did it really change this much, or just here??
CAVA is great... the whole idea of choosing your items is nice. I am still figuring out the sauces I like since there are so many to choose from. The only draw back can be the line and the wait. If you don't have your items ready to choose you take up time asking.
I want to start off by saying I absolutely LOVE Cava. However, every single time I go there, I have to go with the understanding that it comes at a price that is not monetary. The service here is terrible. The purpose of having prepped food on a line is for efficiency and convenience. The convenience makes the process efficient. Put food in the bowl and go to the next step. Easy right!? WRONG!! The first lady did an amazing job by putting the spinach and the rice in mine and my girlfriend's bowls. She then passes the bowl on to the next individual...A young lady with large piercing on upper lip and had the bill of her hat covering her entire face. This very individual looked at our plates, then proceeded to do absolutely nothing. And when I say nothing... I mean effing NOTHING!!! She was pacing back and forth like she was on something. No joke. In the meantime, my girlfriend noticed the young lady who did such a great job earlier was in the kitchen taking selfies....I managed to grab the young lady's attention, she glared at me as if I was bothering her...She asked me what i wanted, then after 5 minutes of staring at our sad bowls of spinach and rice, there was finally meat in our bowls. We then asked for our dressings on the side since we were taking it to go. She messed up both of our orders one after another. The manger, who was literally sweating because he was the only one working in there, rang up our order was absolutely clueless of the poor customer service that was being presented right before our eyes. After ringing us up, I expressed these things to the manager and turned out I was right....He was clueless. Poor guy. Doesn't get paid enough to manage such LAZY people. Never have I ever seen someone not care about their job that much. Bewildering experience to say the least. I'll still be going back though cuz i love yall but get your ish together.
Harissa chicken bowl is always a vibe. If you want a custom-created bowl, it's fastest to order online. Otherwise you'll be stuck in line for 15 min, maybe more. Sometimes it's only 1 person working behind the counter and it'll be like 16 people waiting in line. So definitely be cognizant of that and be patient!!
Came by…. Dude named James gave us the best service. Amazing food and service. RECOMMEND
Great spot for indoor/outdoor lunch. Super healthy options, tasty food, good portions, reasonably priced and friendly staff. Definitely adding this spot to my lunch routine.
The male worker was rude and excessively mammy to the point of harrassment. I mentioned to him 3 times that I'd be dining in. He then passed me off to someone else to prepare the food. She added Items without informing me it's an extra charge. At payment time, he insists on having my meal bagged, and I reminded him again that I'd be dining in.Also a substantial amount of food came out as another guy wrapped the Pita, of which they tossed out, eventhough I paid full price for food. The food was too Salty & soggy.I won't be back there. I felt a little discriminated against.
