Their customer needs much improvement as the guy packing everything for to go orders did not acknowledge me. And then he finished my order(20 minutes late).. and since he didn't acknowledge me, he left it to sit out for at least 5 minutes. They also did not add my sauces as requested so I had to go back to the restaurant. .. after receiving my order 20 minutes late. Very disappointed as I really like California Fish Grill. I will have to go to another location.
Terrible customer service. I was overcharged and than the three young ladies think they fooled me by acting like one of them was the Manager. Well I hope your reading this you can't fool someone with sharp observation. I hope your manager knows the wrong behavior and makes some type of corrections for the sake of good business. I was suppose to enjoy my lunch but instead I had a bad experience. Never going to this location again!!!! The girl that pretended to be the manager was short with alot of small gold necklaces. The second girl that participated was a larger frame and the girl at the cashier that was supper rude had yellow hair. She litterally said anything else 6 times. There's was no line and she just kept rushing me like if I was at McDonald's. I feel like if your not happy at work you should explore your options so that you can be in a happy environment and not take advantage of others.
Very nice seafood grill (counter service). My grilled salmon sandwich was delicious and my wife really enjoyed her shrimp bowl (lots of shrimp!!!).
The outdoor patio looks very inviting. Even is a small plea ground if you bring your kids.
I didn't know Tartar Sauce was considered Salsa. So beware of the two salsa limit per plate or be prepared to receive a lecture by Jorge on what they usually allow per customer. To further add insult to my dinning experience Jorge insinuated I was lying when I told him my order was wrong. I am really disappointed!
Love the Cajun fish taco! Every bite is bursting with flavor and very satisfying. Their side orders are complementary and delicious.
Store need some maintenance and rearranging..Again the bathroom need some attention as the towel dispensary need to be change .not healthy functioning.. worker use towel to clean the trays front of customers and in dining room.. should be wash with liquid soap and dry as food special fish high chance to get contaminate many area in the restaurant dirty .. corporate to lazy to take customers reviews in consideration..
There's a lot of variety on the menu - it was good that we returned a day later. Fast service, clean environment, helpful employees. Seemed to be following safe procedures well. Good, unusual soft drinks and teas also.
Good and well cooked fish. Grilled shrimp was overcooked tough and dry. Roasted corn was a good side but an extra $2 was not that good. Limited sides and choices are weird. Overall would come back for fish when in the mood. Hard to get to in that mall though.
