They got my order wrong. I ordered way ahead of time for the Super Bowl, and all I ordered was a voodoo fries and a nacho fries.. they were rude as fvck. I got there after my pick-up time because I knew it was going to be busy. And still had to wait another 10 minutes. Not only that, my order was wrong. They didn't give me the nacho cheese fries.. Instead, I got some dry azz corn. I wasn't given a receipt but was still able to put in a complaint online. All they sent was a coupon for free fries WITH a purchase.. That's not ok. I want the nacho fries I bought. The voodoo fries I ordered were jacked up, too.. Most were bits and burnt pieces, not even worth picking at.. Indians bother calling that day because the person on the phone was being rude to the people who did call.. This location is trash and always making mistakes..
Who ever is a manager is not the best choice .they never answer and the workers do what ever they want im calling corp on this.
On Saturday 01/01/22 I walked into the store at 11:30pm knowing they close at 12. The guy tells me are you here for a pickup? I said no I would like to make an order. He says I just did my last order on the phone. Even though I had been calling the store since 11:20pm and nobody was answering. He then says you can order online. I was like can I just order here while the guy is standing in-front of me he literally tells me to make my order online! I told him that would only add more time for me to place my order why cant I order here in person? He just said, “you can order online”. It made no sense that while I am at the store he would send me to order online. I was so disappointed with this customer service. Because I love wingstop. But this guy was terrible.
The food was great. I ordered from Doordash. When I called (wingstop) to confirm the order, due to it being a large order, they kept me on hold for 7 mins, when my dasher left, she spoke to me (kept on hold again) and then every time I would call and as soon as the conversation started with her, she would just hang up on me; I called about 10 timesIt sucks because the cooks did great. The food was great but it seems the cashier was just having a bad day an I am being disregarded and ignored. I know they were busy, but good customer service goes a long way.
Boyfriends food was soggy/undercooked and made him really sick. Be careful getting food from this location I guess ??♀️
This wingstop has always came in clutch. Always having good service. Shoutout to Kevin for always getting my order in time and correct.
Really bad service they never answer the phone at this place I call 10 times not once do they answer so I can order south El Monte always answers no matter how busy it is they at least put u on hold then take your order never ordering for this place like you have a phone ringing for A REASON mangers should do something about it
Ok so I 've been here before and their service and food were not that good at all . But I didn't give up on them . Their service and food has improved. I will return
