Everything is fine it's just that they only have one outlet.
I travel alot for work, so I get to stop and see a ton of starbucks locations, but this is one of my go to stops to work outside of my own office.The staff here is great and friendly, and most importantly their customer service is one of the best I've experienced.As busy as they are cleaning, they will still walk my food and drink over to my table while im on my laptop.It may seem like a little thing, but those are the "little things" that matter to me.I've been to all the starbucks locations around this one, but if you have to stop at one in the san gabriel valley......this is the one, and they have a drive-thru to boot.Btw.....if you get the egg bites, ask for the cute little sriracha packet.

This is the second time I’ve gone to this location and they are not open. There is employees inside but they Completely ignore that you’re in the drive-through. I went to this location on August 4 2021 at approximately 5:45 in the morning. The least they could do is come out and tell you that the manager isn’t there yet. The first time this happened to me somebody did come to the window and say that they were sorry but the manager wasn’t there yet so they can’t open. This is a very convenient Starbucks for me but I’m thinking twice about stopping there in the future.
