One of the best Starbucks I’ve been too , they always have the best employees, my first Starbucks experiences happened here with Stephanie ! And ever since I’ve never been disappointed here. They always make sure I like my drink before I leave. If you have an issue I would definitely recommend you bring it to their attention respectfully and they will gladly help fix the issue.
ordered online for store pickup I got there earlier and sat down it was busy and I am also in the food industry so I understand and I’m patient. 25 mins go by it’s still not ready and my name or order has not been called out so I go ask and they tell me I should’ve asked. The Whole point of the pickup counter is to pickup not to ask and wait. Again her response was fine but by this point she gives me coffee which was lukewarm and completely cold bakery items she could’ve at least reheated it but at this point I didn’t even want to bother her anymore this is why I always avoid this location
It's Starbucks either it's super busy or it's busy. Clean and sanitized good customer service friendly people. Also online orders are done well not rushed or lacking flavor

Bathroom was horrible. I've had an experience at almost all other Starbucks that the restrooms are clean an well stocked. Not this one. Staff was nice. Now outdoor seating.
My favorite Starbucks and the absolute best in El Monte. The whole staff has photographic memory. They call out your name as you walk thru the door.
Today on Christmas I had the worst experience withone of this Starbuck's employee. Myself and 3 others, two of which were children, walked up to the pick up counter. This female employee with the worst additude ask if we are a here for a mobile order. When we say yes she snaps back saying, "then tell me instead of just standing there". When we asked for a second cup holder, we ordered 6 drinks, she snaps again and says, "for what? 2 drinks?". Even another one of her coworkers whispered to her, "are you mad?". This employee, Maggie or Maji, is clearly having a bad day and needs to be sent home for the day. Everyone please be extra nice to her if you see her so she won't ruin another person's morning with her poor additude. The other adult felt verbally violated. Merry Christmas!
