The food is ok but we had a bad experience on how they treat the costumer,we r group of 10 people and after eating where still having a good conversation with our friends,at 9:00 pm here comes the manager telling us to move to another table because they will clean up our table.thats rude we went to eat to celebrate our friends bday.we said we will leave in 5 minutes anyway,and he said ya you can continue your conversation in this table.instead of arguing we desided to go home and charge it to experience.
I used to like this AYCE a lot until today. The grill was very very slow. Took more than 1 hr to cook 4 shrimps. That was okay with me. That wasn’t the worst part because I just wanted a solution. So asked the server for help then we were told first it was the highest already and just because I was grilling shrimps it would take longer( I know I know,, but more than an hour for shrimps and 1.5 hours for oysters on the grill? ). And then another person came and said I should have told them before we sit down we needed to grill shrimps besides beef. Man I was thinking how did I even know you seated me a table with a grill that wasn’t working properly!? He then admitted that this grill had a little problem and this table was not usually seated. OMG then why you asked me to sit here? When we came in before we sit down, I requested to change the table you first told me to go to because I was scared my 3 yo daughter would easily turn on and off the grill sitting on the table you first asked me to go. I already saw how impatient the staff was when I asked to change table but I didn’t expect all that after.I always ordered both bbq and hotpot here and again it was not my first time here.… But definitely my last time.
Great food and fresh. Each person gets your own pot to cook whatever you like.Servers are friendly and fast.Definitely will come back often.Sunday dinner $29.99 for shabu.
Love love this place! If you want Shabu food come here you won't be disappointed. So much to choose from meats, vegetables and Vegetarian friendly! Noodles,mushrooms....etc. Come with your family or take out. They even have ice cream for dessert.
They closed at 3pm. Then, reopen at 5pm for dinner. So, beware that if you get there at 2:10pm or something like that, you will only have like 1hr to eat all your food. The guy was nice enough to let us eat until 3:30pm.
This place has decent amount of food item selections. Tasty cooked food items and love the all you can eat ice-cream. However, the quality of meat could be better with the prices that they are charging.
I was pretty bummed that kpot closed down, but this restaurant is just as good!! The soups are amazing and the employees were pretty nice :)
The service is not too great. Food is ok but I'd appreciate a smile and charismatic service. Not an annoying stare or tone.
Its a nice and cozy place to warm up in this coming winter..different soup base and a variety of meat and vegetables to put in the pot plus ice cream all you can for dessert. You can even do korean bbq if you wish while you cook your hot pot. Such a good dining experience.
A little expensive but they have a large amount of items available at the bar varying from noodles, to vegetables, sea food, sauces & dessert. I've been here every few months with friends & family & it's always a great place to enjoy eating out. Service is usually good when it's not too busy. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.
