This is a very traditional Asian cuisine place. $50 or less can feed a party up to 6 people. I enjoy these cozy places. The soup was interesting. I found out that it's organically grown where the restaurant is located. So, the taste can be earthy. I recommend it for family and friends that want simple food for a reasonable price. Happy eating.
The food is fine, but the service is unacceptable. I dont know how they manage cooking their orders, but it certainly not first come first serve. The wait for a table was over an hour, so I did a take out order which was promised with 30 minutes. I don't know what happened, but rveryone else was getting their orders while I continued to wait outside in the hot Sun. It became over 90 minutes before my food was ready. I could have sat down and probably eaten my meal at a table instead of doing the take out. I'm never going back there for a meal that was average.
This is the worst take out service I had ever been. They said 30 minutes turn into 1:45 minutes. The people who order after me got the order before I did. I keep asking when it is going to be ready. They 10 and turn into an hour. They ready dont about their service.
It’s a traditional Cantonese restaurant with quality food. Lunch menu offers less than $12 per dish with 40+ choices. Understand that there are dishes that are not listed on menu or written anywhere. Such as winter melon with sea food, it is quite famous and has to be ordered ahead of time.
First of all they the service used to be great now its bad. The waiter gave us soup bowls and tried to remove one soup bowl when we need it for someone at our table. 2. My mom asked for tea and the server never brought it. He brought water instead. 3. The servers kept coming back to our table with 2 dishes that we didn't order and nearly missed our table when serving one of the dishes we did order. 4. We ordered white rice and it never came. 5. They brought out all of the main dishes and the fried rice last when the fried rice should have been first before the main dishes. 6. The person who does the payment in the front asked me for a tip. First of all you don't ask for a tip! The customer tips you of you want to! Seeing as my trip was not well I didnt tip them! Give better service to customers and you get a tip!
food here is good The melon soup is delicious and probably the best food on the menu but requires a pre-order before your visit. however service is a bit slow.
I am a repeated customer. They changed some new waiters. There is a new guy service very bad and let us feel uncomfortable. He counted the tips twice times by the desk! That's impolite. Then, he started to clean the desk while we still seat there. And he didn't serve the sweet soup; after I asked him, he sent the wrong quantity of the sweet soup. A horrible experience makes me won't be back here anymore.
Mr Chopsticks is a classic for myself and my family. We always get a variety of entrees for lunch & dinner which are filled to the brim. Very easy to do a phone order to pick up or to dine in as well. Decent parking in the area.
The dishes were amazing delicious.
The fried squab, a Hong Kong classic dish, is the best in town. Other tasty food such as lobster noodles is a must try. Also, lamb chops is absolutely flavorsome.
