My son went there today order from his McDonald's app And I was highly disappointedIn the manager the way he spoke My son this manager needs to be removed My son was expecting a certain sauceAnd he never received it when he asked the manager about the sauce He told him that he has to hitThe select both on and there is not a place for this special sauce to be selected the managaer is rude
One star for customer service. I was the counter asking for sauce, I called out to the girl that was there 3 times and she ignored me. When she finally did acknowledge me she complained about a coworker not being at the register. I just wanted a dipping sauce, she was just leaning on the counter not doing much.
the manager here is very annoying and arrogant, I will not go back to that place, I do not recommend going there because the manager does not respect you, I do not criticize the food, the food is good, I criticize the manager

Wow this crew is attentive. I was parking at the curb pickup and manager asked if I needed help I told him I was ordered and pick up here. He was polite and professional. I ordered and it came out fast. I love this Mobil app thing
I asked for hot chocolate and they gave me a warm chocolate, the seasoned employee told me that is the way it comes out of the machine, then i said then it is a warm chocolate, not hot chocolate, could you microwave it and make it hot, the employee who i think was the manager, he said no because we can not take things back, then he started to walk away, and i said wait wait, you can take your warm chocolate and give me a new one then, he said ok. I think he did not care and was walking away and ignore my problem. They gave me another warm chocolate. Why they always blame the machines? The new employee next to him was nicer and understood the problem more and apologized. The place is nice, clean and the attitude of the new employee was better. Well they almost got 5, i was going to give 3 for the bad guy but the new guy saved it to 4
When ypu order a sandwich with out cheese , it is fresh and hot
I've always had good service on other days here at this McDonald's but I find a totally relevant that they have to charge you 25 cent more for an extra pump of caramel because it's the requirements and this is why I don't shop here in El Monte and I will let this be brought to the attention of the city council why some of us shop outside of our city or dying outside of our city I think they should be more with customer service and this was the manager that said he had to charge me..
Today is November 1,2021. Around 9:40am I went to buy McDonald’s 2 for $4.5, 8 of them and 1 No. 7. Also I bought an orange juice. When the girl who give it to me she gave me a wrong bags. I talked with my mom I didn’t pay attention for her mistake. My mom said the bag looks too small. Then I asked her. She asked me check my bag and I said looks something wrong. I give it back to her.Then she said why I did hold the bag if it’s not mine. Excuse me, what excuse me. She did the mistake why she was rude for me. That’s so weird. I went to McDonald’s many many times. Never ever met any people like that.I asked her twice what is her name she still didn’t tell me. How could she working in McDonald’s. Except her all of others was great. She is a big mistake for working in McDonald’s.
