Ordered some sausage and egg mcmuffins this morning with scrambled eggs. One had a decent amount and the other had less than half the egg it would usually come with.. Always getting jipped at this location.. ?
I liked the fact that the place was clean and the employees were quick to help you with your order so you can get it & be on your way and they were also well trained and managed cause they all had a job to do and did it well. I've been in some places that even the manager was immature and let the employees get away with to much. I just want to say to the employees you guys are awesome and to the manager you know how to do your job well.
Worst display of customer service ive ever experienced at a mcdonalds! Whoever owns this mcdonalds should fire the 2 night crew members. Not only did it take 30 minutes in a drive through just to get to the window, once there theycould not get the order right and were rude. They didnt care, many cars either left or went straight to the window and got their order.The 2 girls were either high or half asleep and did not want to be there!I will never go to that mcdonalds again! They thought it was funny that everyone was mad at them.
It was hard for me to find this place. The food is not good. The rice is very grease and the noodles. The campao chicken is a disaster is the leftover of orange chicken and they mix it with onion and pepper. The beef broccoli is chewy. Orange chicken is no chicken is only batter with honey.
I'm so starstruck reading all the positive reviews from this specific McDonalds. The employees here are beyond rude. Rude is an understatement. And crazy slow. And it's not just today, like what kind of employees do yall hire?? As an employee of McDonald's myself, there's some level of at least decency you should have. Not to mention 7.56 cents for a ten piece chicken nuggets. 10 PIECE CHICKEN NUGGETS BY ITSELF. And to top it all off, they forget my sauce. Worst Customer Service Ever. Wishing there was a zero stars. #boohoo
I don't usually review the staff since most of the time the staff isn't the same one as last time but everything is always made to standard. I personally have never had a problem at this location.Tip for anyone coming in late at night/morning at 1-2am they only take cash since their system is resetting.
Update I came back to get a refund the guy manger that help me had great customer service I'll give 5 star review alone but I'm looking at all the woman that work here in the front have no hair nets and when I said why they responded we don't have to we work in the front BUT THEN AGAIN ITS ON THE SAFE SERVE VIDEO THAT EVERYONE WITH LONG HAIR HAS TO HAVE A HAIR NET ...I found a red hair in my McChicken yesterday I really bwantba refund
Manager and Crew needs training ASAP!!! 4 people working in the front. The lazy person that was at the register was helping one person at a time and there was a long line. It is rude to walk away from waiting customers. By doing that, they do not give the cook enough time to get the food out. Why are they not trained properly?? Why would you have 4 people at the register and walking around doing nothing and very unorganized.
My 6 peace chicken nuggets were only 5 and the fries were smaller than my balls (im a girl) and the mcflurry was more watery than water never again. No offense
Currently boycotting all McDonald's after what they are doing to unvaxxed families at their Ronald McDonald facilities. Very disappointed.
