Terrible service it’s 5:47 p.m and dining room is close I wonder if this is normal I had to drive through to get my food and sat in my car to eat my food so it would not get cold. Watching customers trying to go in, and they just leave. Who ever the owner is loosing lots of business. I love jack in the box but next time I am going to think twice if I stop at this location. Thank you.
Was on the mood for some mini tacos and sent my husband. He went through drive-thru and ordered a small #1 (sourdough jack) which was sold to upgrade for a $1 more to a large. My mini tacos and some jalapeño poppers. My husband asked for the options for the mini tacos and he picked the 20. No reciept was given. My husband asked and the girl said that it was messed up and she was going to be able to give one. So my husband gets home and since I was on the phone with him during the order I was asking my husband where are the rest of my tacos since he ordered 20. He had no reciept to check what was ordered to what was in the bag. I only got 10. He called and was given the lamest excuse. They said they only serve 15. That the tacos only come portioned in bags of 15. So then why did the girl allow my husband to order 20 and not correct him to the count and why did I get 10 instead of 15. This Jack in the Box has gone from bad to the worst. Not going there again.
I live near here and go to get food at night. Unfortunately, I run into that girl with yellow hair almost every night. I would say if you don't like your job, quit! Don't be so rude and impolite! Don't yell at me, I don't owe you money
Terrible Service I was told they couldn’t help me multiple times I went at 8pm and in the morning at 8 am they were not serving and food is never fresh always tastes old
Drive through super bowl Sunday, this location was advertising: If Rams scored 2 touch downs or more, 1 jumbo jack free with purchase of large beverage. we ordered 2 and was told only one special per vehicle. That was not posted.. when advertising a special exemptions should also posted. Customer service was great.
About as good as your regular jack in the box, never had a bad experience but not outstanding.
I stopped visiting this place completely. The diner is never opened, not even just to walk in and order your food. The drive thru is always busy and you constantly see cars driving off because the employees take forever to process your order. It never fails.. either they're not taking cash or card. Sometimes you see the same two cars parked outside so I'm guessing they must be employees but all the exterior lighting is off and if you go through the drive thru, no one answers. Because of this, I don't visit jack in the craps anymore.
Asked for barbecue said, they did not put any. Asked for cheese on all 3 chicken sandwiches and they only put on 1. The chicken on my sandwich was very thin and mostly overcooked bread ????
I couldn’t get a name but me and husband went thru the drive thru around 10:24pm and the lady at the drive thru didn’t want to take our order saying we were rude! Unbelievable. Will never go there again.
