The drive thru takes too long. I've been at the same spot for 20 minutes now!It's 9:46 pm... Not many people are in drive thru that late! I don't understand why Jack's cannot get their staff together and deliver expedited service.This has been the worst experience and is no longer a fast food restaurant.
Fast good nice people food okay what do you want for fastfood
obviously I love the food but the customer service this people provide is just disgusting , always with an attitude . and they take long for simple orders

I usually enjoy Jack in the box food especially when I want to be naughty with my diet. I do not like to have to ask for fresh fries and the fries are usually lukewarm whether it's regular or curly it is such a turnoff.
Rude employees...there was a woman in the bathroom washing her dog had to wait 10 minutes to use restroom and floor was flooded and muddy told cashier she just surged tables and dinning area were dirty and trash all over
Easily accessible from Valley Blvd.Very friendly and helpful staff.Clean interior and the kitchen looks very clean and neat.Food came out fast and hot.They wear masks.
Great food and it's always hot - at other locations their food is cold...
