don't understand why can't get the order right. I ordered a #10 which is supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich with a big piece of chicken and I did not get this. They put a small piece of chicken and it was not spicy. it they ran out then just say so.
The food is ok. I love the ice coffees. I also love the shakes. They are great about food allergies. I always tell them no mustard cuz I'm allergic and they listen
If I could give a zero star review as this location deserves I would. Customer service is key in any business and makes you feel happy to go back but this Jack in the Box doesn’t know what customer service is. Staff needs to be retrained or stop working there if you don’t like your job. No wonder there’s a hiring now on receipt. Kimberly needs to learn how to take feedback and be positive and understand how customer service works. In the meantime I would not recommend this Jack in the Box. Go to another Jack in the Box or go to Carl’s Jr, Burger King or elsewhere!
Quick bite.. Cheese not melted but service at the drive thru window was great. Very courteous

I came here after getting a nasty service @ the Durfee location everytime I go there its horrible service. So I came to the Ramona location and it had the best CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM OSCAR his attitude and customer skills are top notch, he got my order correct. At this point on I will always be a regular @ the Ramona location, I will never go waste my money on the Durfee location where all u get is bad service with an attitude. OSCAR KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB UR THE BEST!!!
I can't remember any other time I got fast food that actually looked like the burgers I see in commercials. My wife's jumbo jack also looked amazing. Not only did our food look great but tasted great and fresh as well.My expectations are low at fast food joints but this location surprised me. My best regards to the chefs, thank you.
Perfect nuggets according to 9yr old- why? Perfect crunch on outside and meat is easy to bite into

We had a very long wait. Maybe 20 minutes or so in the drive thru line and there was only one car in front of us. But it was pretty late, maybe they were short staffed? Or the rest of the staff was taking a nap
