this place is a hit or miss. sometimes the chicken is tender and juicy and other times it's hard and tasteless. one thing however is their fountain drinks are always flat.
This place has hardworking cooks/staff and a great ambience. Staff is very attentive, busy, and the location is very clean.

Big fan of pollo loco until I ordered the family 4 pcs meal. To get my chicken ? tasting under cooked and rubbery. Nasty chicken, very cold, rubbery, and not tasty at all I ended up so disgusted by that meal I threw it away. I didn't wanna get food poison ☠ Come guys how hard is it to cook the chicken right?

Courteous employees. Food always good and plentiful, even late at night.
Only issue was there wasn't enough staff to disinfect the seating area between all customers, which I noticed while waiting for my takeout order.
They were getting everything wrong!! First of all is this a bean bowl?? With a hint of chicken?? I understand the concept of cross contamination being uncontrollable at times but... mac&cheese+mashed potatoes. What if I was allergic. That wasn’t the end of it the small chicken breast that was given to us, but her forgetting the drink. There was not a line behind us they most definitely were just done for the day like they always are no matter what time of the day
