Very disappointed with the restaurant that used to be my favorite. Not anymore. I always ordered chicken salads from this place, about a week ago I went ordered a salad and when I got home, the chicken tasted old and was drenched in water!! I couldn't take a bite without my salad or chicken being soaked in water. Today I went for a burger and everything was cold! The burger and bun was hard and let's not talk about the front young skinny cashier with an attitude. Also not paying attention or asking us what size of chili cheese fries we wanted, just charged us for whatever size she choose.
Eh food is not that great here was my 1st time trying chilli cheese fries they are whatever and the pastrami wasn't that great either. I'd stick to Tams chilli cheese fries those are ?? and Pastrami stick with The Hat or as a matter of fact I'd rather have ToGos Pastrami on a sourdough bread with pepper jack cheese instead of DBLZ.Over priced for food thats not that great.
Food is excellent, love their hamburgers, zucchini, onion rings. The only problem is at least 3—4 times they forget to include something you paid for. This new ownership is Oriental but kept the Mexican cooks. When you are in a hurry there is no time to verify your order. Could easily be a five star...
Waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru just to get home and our burgers are ice cold and fries are raw and cold. I am livid! The chilli cheese fries cheese didn't partially melted and it wouldn't come off with the fork. I lifted the entire blob and it was stuck together. The chilli smells like canned chilli. Which I have never smelled until today. I am beyond disgusted and I would never return to this restaurant. I suggest you don't either. Do not come here. STAY AWAY!
Pretty Decent Food Cheap But Good Chilli Cheese Fries I Recommend The Chicken Salad It's A Little Pricey Though
It was delicious. They forgot the bacon in one of my burgers but it was good either way. My only complaint is that it got cold fast so by the time I got home it wasn't as hot as I'd thought it would be. I will definitely be trying it again soon.
Over priced less then mediocre food. The worst part of the whole experience was when I use the restroom and there's no soap no soap dispenser no towels no paper towels dispenser no hot water. You can literally just run cold water over your hands and shake them or go out dripping. How do the employees wash there hands after using restroom.
Ordered online from here and they charged me over $11 dollars for a tuna melt that didn't even come with fries. I've been to this place only once for sit down and the prices on the menu are accurate but for some reason the prices online don't match what is usually included in order. This is the last time I'm ever ordering online because a sandwhich shouldn't be over $10, that's unreasonable.
Came yesterday with my partner, ordered food through drive thru and very rude customer service. I’m asking my partner what else he wanted and this guy kept telling me nonstop “ is that it, is that it, is that it “ ... I felt rushed & that’s not the way it’s supposed to be, well once we got home we noticed our cheeseburgers had no pickles and the lettuce was put sloppy style instead of the shredded one.... not coming back to this location!
I paid ten dollars and change asked for a burrito with only chorizo egg and bacon. Asked the girl at the window if that was all they were putting in it, she said yes only what u asked for. Got to work and it also had cheese and potatoes. Ugh, so frustrating not what I asked for. It's not the first time, but it will be the last.
